WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery

WTM Logistics can move released refrigerated stock from a Calgary production or storage location to an agreed market receiving point. For food vendors, the important task is replenishing a staffed stall with a clearly identified order—not simply sending boxes to the market's public address.

Check how the market accepts deliveries

Ask the organiser which entrance vehicles may use, when access is available and where the vendor can receive the goods. Visitor entrances and vendor loading areas may differ. Include the stall or business name and the person who will meet the shipment.

Where access is restricted during trading, agree a receiving point outside that restriction. The courier booking should reflect the organiser's actual instructions, not assume the driver can take a refrigerated vehicle beside a stall.

Prepare a stock top-up that is ready to hand over

Pack the replacement order at the supplier or storage site before the vehicle arrives. Identify the vendor's cartons, their temperature requirement and the gross load measurements. A vague request to “bring more stock” leaves product selection and packaging unresolved.

The vendor should confirm that the receiving location has the storage intended for the incoming quantity. Courier transportation is not refrigerated storage for the duration of the market, and the vehicle is not automatically booked to remain onsite as a display or holding unit.

Differentiate planned replenishment from unsold returns

A morning delivery or mid-session top-up brings released stock to the vendor. A return collection after trading has a different purpose, quantity and product-status decision. Describe it separately and have the owner determine which goods may be returned and where they should go.

Used equipment, empty crates and released product should not be treated as an unspecified mixed return. Provide the actual collection list, handling instructions and closing access window for a separate quotation.

Use a repeat pattern for regular market days

A vendor attending the same market can share its normal production release and market schedule with WTM. Seasonal variations in package counts can then be communicated before the run. This is a more workable plan than assuming every weekend's load and arrival need are identical.

Track the shipment and retain the delivery confirmation with the vendor order. For recurring eligible shipments, discuss the 10% offer in the account proposal. The prepaid-credit offer remains a separate arrangement rather than an extra percentage automatically added to the same run.

Make repeat refrigerated deliveries easier to manage

WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Manage requests, quote approvals and online payments in the Customer Portal; follow active shipments with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history gives your next order a useful reference.

Prepaid account credit offers up to 25% off eligible services under a separate arrangement. These offers are not automatically combined.

Frequently asked questions

Can the courier deliver directly to my stall?

Provide the organiser's access and handoff instructions. Dispatch confirms the delivery point and any additional handling before acceptance.

Does refrigerated delivery include storage throughout the market?

No. This is transportation to an agreed receiver. Onsite holding or storage must not be assumed from a courier quote.

Arrange your Calgary refrigerated delivery. Send WTM the pickup and delivery locations, packed shipment details, required temperature and deadline.
