WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics accepts requests for temperature-controlled courier delivery of frozen food orders in Calgary. A frozen shipment must be described as frozen when it is quoted, with the required transport condition and packed quantity. This helps dispatch assign the appropriate refrigeration arrangement instead of treating the load as a standard chilled parcel.

State the frozen requirement explicitly
Terms such as cold, perishable and refrigerated do not necessarily identify a frozen transport requirement. Use the product's shipping instructions and tell WTM what condition must be maintained during the journey. Name any handling or reporting requirement that the receiving buyer expects.
Describe the goods as released by the supplier. Transport is not an instruction to freeze a warm product or to decide whether previously mishandled stock can be sold. The supplier is responsible for preparing an order that is suitable for dispatch.
Measure the outer packaging and receiving capacity
Frozen retail orders may be packed into cases, insulated containers or totes. Provide the external dimensions and gross weight, including packaging. A container added after quoting changes the space required even when the number of retail products remains the same.
At the destination, confirm someone is available and has the storage intended for the order. A shop opening later in the day may need a different arrival time than a warehouse with staffed receiving. Give dispatch that information before agreeing the delivery.
Choose single-stop or multi-stop transport
One delivery to a store is different from several customer handoffs. For a multi-stop request, provide the complete address list and quantity per stop. Make the order groups easy to identify without opening product packaging or repacking at delivery.
Do not assume frozen and chilled products can share one temperature setting. List the groups separately. WTM can confirm how they should be moved, including whether separate service arrangements are needed for incompatible requirements.
Use the booking to define the commitment
For same-day Calgary delivery, state the ready time and final receiving deadline. For recurring wholesale work, describe the normal release pattern. The agreed quotation should make clear what is being transported, where it is going and the intended delivery service.
Access live GPS tracking during the movement and retrieve the available delivery documentation afterwards. When a buyer requires temperature evidence in addition to delivery confirmation, include that requirement at the quoting stage rather than assuming a POD answers every product question.
Manage the shipment through your Customer Portal
Request a new shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous shipments in your account.
