How quickly will WTM respond to a freight quote?

WTM's quote-response process is designed for a response within 15 minutes. Dispatch is available 24/7. After a shipment is confirmed, dispatch is guaranteed immediately; actual pickup timing depends on origin, equipment position and shipment requirements.

Can WTM handle dangerous goods?

Yes. WTM accepts qualifying TDG shipments with trained personnel. Because requirements vary by commodity and shipment, the load should be reviewed with WTM before transportation is confirmed.

Does submitting the website form book the shipment?

No. A website quote request provides WTM with the information needed to assess the shipment. Booking and shipment acceptance require human confirmation from WTM.
