WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery

A recurring chilled delivery should fit your production and receiving routine. WTM Logistics arranges scheduled refrigerated collections in Calgary for businesses sending prepared orders to stores, kitchens and other commercial receivers. Build the service around the days you ship and the order pattern you actually expect.

Define a useful recurring pattern

Start with the collection days, release time and normal destinations. Add an approximate package count for each stop and identify any day when volume is predictably higher. This is more useful than requesting a daily vehicle without explaining whether the load is three cartons or thirty.

Receiving hours deserve the same attention. A store may accept deliveries before opening, while a restaurant may prefer a handoff outside its busiest service period. Record those preferences when requesting the schedule, so dispatch can assess the route as a whole.

Distinguish stable orders from changing orders

Some customers send the same products to the same addresses. Others release a different order list each morning. Explain which model applies. For a changing list, agree when the final destination and carton information will be provided; for a fixed pattern, identify who can authorise changes.

A planned refrigerated route does not mean every product can travel under one temperature instruction. List chilled and frozen requirements separately. WTM can recommend the appropriate movement rather than treating all cold-labelled boxes as a single compatible load.

Prepare cartons for the delivery sequence

Give each receiver an identifiable set of packages, with a matching order reference. An overall count of twenty cartons is not enough when four businesses each expect different quantities. The sender should be able to reconcile the totals before release and the receiver should know what belongs to their order.

Use stable outer packaging and tell dispatch when containers are not stackable. Reusable totes can be part of an agreed arrangement, but collection of empty totes should be requested explicitly rather than assumed to be included in every trip.

Review the account around real shipments

Shipment history lets your business refer to previous deliveries when adjusting the next week's plan. Compare actual orders with the expected pattern: missed production days, larger batches and new destinations all affect the service needed.

WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Ask for the applicable arrangement in your proposal and keep it separate from the prepaid-credit offer. The value of a repeat account is both the shipping arrangement and a consistent place to manage its records.

Make repeat refrigerated deliveries easier to manage

WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Manage requests, quote approvals and online payments in the Customer Portal; follow active shipments with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history gives your next order a useful reference.

Prepaid account credit offers up to 25% off eligible services under a separate arrangement. These offers are not automatically combined.

Frequently asked questions

Can I arrange two or three delivery days rather than every day?

Yes. Describe the frequency your orders require. WTM can quote a recurring arrangement around that pattern.

Can an extra stop be added to a recurring run?

Send the additional address, quantity and temperature requirement for confirmation. An extra stop is a change to the planned movement, not an automatic addition.

Arrange your Calgary refrigerated delivery. Send WTM the pickup and delivery locations, packed shipment details, required temperature and deadline.
