WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
Refrigerated courier cost in Calgary depends on the movement being quoted: the route, packed load, required conditions, timing and handling. WTM Logistics provides a shipment-specific quote so the buyer can approve a service that matches the job. Comparing only a per-kilometre figure or a parcel count can leave important parts of the delivery outside the comparison.

Give every quote the same shipment brief
Use the exact collection and delivery addresses, final package count, gross weight and outer dimensions. Add the required transport temperature and any non-stackable items. A quote for ambient cartons is not a valid comparison for a refrigerated load, even when the two jobs use the same addresses.
State when the goods will be ready and when the receiver needs them. A flexible planned movement and a direct urgent delivery can require different arrangements. Ask for the service commitment to be identified alongside the price.
Identify handling and stops before approval
Describe stairs, inside delivery, dock access, tailgate needs and any expected waiting. List every pickup and destination. A price for one supplier collection and one receiver should not be compared with another quote that includes three stores.
Ask whether the quotation includes the handling requested and what changes require re-quotation. Extra cartons, a changed address or an additional temperature group can alter the actual service. The aim is to compare complete jobs rather than find the lowest incomplete description.
Use a simple comparison record
For each quotation, record five items: the load and conditions; the complete route; collection and delivery commitments; included handling; and the quoted total with its stated inclusions. Add any exclusions in plain language. That record can be a short table in your own purchasing notes.
An illustrative request might be four prepared chilled cartons from a supplier to one Calgary restaurant, with a staffed ground-level handoff. A request adding another restaurant and carrying through stairs is a different job. Neither example represents a published WTM rate.
Apply account offers to the right base
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments and up to 25% off eligible services through its prepaid-credit arrangement. These are separate offers. Ask which applies to the quoted work rather than adding percentages together or assuming every charge receives the maximum reduction.
For example, a $100 eligible service component receiving a 10% discount becomes $90. If that component instead qualifies for a 25% discount, it becomes $75. These are arithmetic illustrations, not WTM tariffs, and they do not establish the treatment of other charges or taxes.
Approve the service you intend to buy
Review the request and quotation in the WTM Customer Portal, then approve and arrange payment. Shipment acceptance and the collection plan are confirmed by WTM. Keep the quote with the issued invoice and POD so the purchase can later be matched to the delivery actually performed.
Keep the quote, payment and delivery record together
Use the WTM Customer Portal to request a shipment, review and approve the price, and make an online payment. Follow the movement with GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs and invoices alongside previous shipments.

Frequently asked questions
Does WTM publish one price for every refrigerated Calgary delivery?
Request a quote using the actual load, conditions, addresses and timing. This article does not present a fixed tariff.
Can I add the recurring and prepaid discounts together?
Do not assume they combine. They are separate arrangements, and the quotation should identify the applicable offer.
Put the details into your next refrigerated quote. Send WTM the pickup and delivery locations, packed shipment details, required temperature and deadline.
