WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics provides refrigerated courier transportation for prepared stock transfers between Calgary business locations. Move a released order from the branch holding the stock to the branch that needs it, with a recorded pickup and delivery. The transfer should be treated as a defined shipment, even when both stores belong to the same company.

Create a transfer reference before booking
Identify the sending branch, receiving branch and quantities being moved. Include the internal transfer number on the courier request so the two locations can reconcile the same consignment. A note saying “stock for the other shop” does not establish which items are ready.
Have the sending team prepare the goods under the product's transport instructions. WTM provides transportation; it does not choose which stock should be transferred or decide how the inventory transaction should be recorded.
Verify that both branches can complete the handoff
Give a release contact at the first location and a receiver at the second. Include opening hours and the actual loading or delivery entrance. A manager who approves the movement remotely may not be the employee present when the vehicle arrives.
Tell dispatch about limited parking, stairs or a need for inside carrying. The scope should include any handling necessary to transfer the prepared packages, rather than assuming identical access at both stores.
Keep chilled and frozen groups clear
Products with different transport instructions should be listed separately. Specify the outer package measurements, total weight and any non-stackable containers. Matching a load to equipment starts with those details, not the number of inventory line items.
A transfer of released saleable stock is different from collecting damaged, returned or unassessed goods. The business should identify product status before shipping and disclose any special handling. Do not turn an ordinary branch transfer into an unspecified product return during collection.
Choose a one-off rescue or a standing transfer route
An unexpected demand spike may need a same-day refrigerated movement. A business that regularly redistributes orders between branches may benefit from a scheduled arrangement. Describe the pattern and the latest receiving time so WTM can quote the service that fits.
Use the Customer Portal's history to locate previous movements and retrieve available invoices or PODs. Match the transport record to the internal transfer reference when closing the inventory task. This keeps the physical movement connected to the company's own records.
Manage the shipment through your Customer Portal
Request a new shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous shipments in your account.

Frequently asked questions
Can the same company be both sender and receiver?
Yes. Identify the two separate locations and the staff handling release and receipt.
Does the courier update our inventory system?
The courier provides the agreed shipment and its records. Inventory adjustments remain with your business unless a separate integration arrangement has been established.
