WTM Logistics helps multi-location businesses arrange courier shipments to different branches and keep the resulting records in one customer account. Use the WTM Customer Portal to submit requests, review quotes, track movements and retrieve delivery paperwork without treating every branch as a separate relationship.

The key is to make each shipment’s destination unmistakable.

Identify branches by more than the business name

A company with several locations can have similar branch names and different receiving arrangements. Include the full address, unit, branch identifier and person accepting the goods.

Distinguish the billing office from the delivery location. An order purchased centrally may need to travel from a supplier directly to a branch rather than pass through head office.

For transfers between branches, identify both the releasing and receiving contacts. The employee booking the movement may be different from either person.

Separate each destination’s goods

For a multi-destination request, describe which cartons or items belong at each stop. Label them accordingly before collection.

For example, a central buyer might have two cartons for an Edmonton branch and one for Red Deer. The total of three cartons matters, but the allocation matters too. A complete delivery plan needs both.

WTM can discuss planned multi-stop distribution where appropriate. The route is arranged around the actual stops and receiving windows, not simply the total number of parcels.

Put the delivery window beside the branch

One branch may receive goods all day while another has a specific receiving period. State each requirement when requesting the quote.

If a transfer is urgent because a customer is waiting, identify that stop’s deadline. Other replenishment orders may suit scheduled service. Explain the differences before routing is agreed.

Keep location-specific records accessible

Live GPS tracking helps the booking customer follow the shipment. Available PODs and invoices then support checks on the completed movement.

Use clear branch and order references in your shipment descriptions so similar deliveries remain distinguishable in history. Your internal stock records should match the goods sent and received; the courier record documents their transportation.

Build a recurring network around the real pattern

Share your usual origins, branch destinations, collection days and volumes with WTM. The recurring-shipment offer provides 10% savings under the agreed arrangement.

This is different from booking the same quantity for every branch regardless of demand. Keep WTM informed when a location’s order or receiving arrangement changes.

Can a supplier send directly to one of our branches?

Yes. Give WTM the supplier release details and the actual branch destination.

Can the account include both parcels and larger orders?

WTM can assess courier, LTL and larger freight according to the shipment. Describe each order rather than assuming the usual vehicle fits every branch delivery.

Give your branch deliveries one clear starting point. Request a multi-location courier proposal or call 587-316-2639.
