WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · Courier
Arrange Lloydminster-to-Calgary transport for packed sports equipment with WTM Logistics. Clubs, teams and individuals can send accepted equipment to a repair business, supplier or other authorised receiver without making a separate collection trip. Provide the packed size, contents and arrival requirement so the courier service fits the gear rather than just its weight.

Check where the repair business accepts deliveries
Obtain the workshop address and reference directly from the receiver. A retail store’s sales entrance may not be where repairs arrive. Name the person or desk accepting the equipment and include its receiving hours.
For a team order, identify which items belong to which repair request. Keep a simple inventory before packing, especially when several similar pieces of equipment travel together. The receiver should not need to guess which item belongs to a particular player or customer.
Package awkward shapes as real transport units
Long, curved or bulky equipment needs protective packaging that suits the journey. Measure the outside of the case, carton or bag after packing. Do not use only the manufacturer’s unboxed product measurements.
Loose straps and accessories should be secured within the package or separately packed and counted. Declare batteries, pressurised items or any other special contents when present so dispatch can review them before collection. A sports label is not a complete transport description.
Separate travel deadlines from workshop deadlines
The competition date and the repair receiver’s latest intake time are different. Ask the workshop how long it needs after receipt, then quote the outbound delivery against the time the equipment must reach it. WTM cannot shorten the repair itself by delivering to a closed desk.
When the deadline is tight, describe the urgency clearly. Dispatch can compare an available courier arrangement with direct transport for the shipment, rather than relying on a generic driving-time estimate.
Organise the trip home after the repair is ready
The returning package may be a different size or include replacement equipment. Obtain an updated package count and release confirmation from the Calgary receiver before booking the movement back. Agree who pays for that separate shipment.
Use WTM shipment history to retain the transport references, live tracking to follow the active journey, and the available POD to confirm the receiving handoff. Keep repair assessments and team equipment inventories in your own records, linked by the same reference where practical.
Sports courier questions
Can a club arrange collection for several members?
Yes. One booking can describe several identified packages. Include the complete packed load and any separate receiving destinations.
Is an unprotected loose item ready for pickup?
Prepare packaging appropriate to the equipment and disclose unusual shapes before booking so WTM can confirm the transport arrangement.
Manage transport without losing the paperwork
Your WTM Customer Portal supports new requests, quote review and approval, online payment, live GPS tracking and historical shipment records. Issued BOLs, PODs and invoices stay accessible with the movement they document.
