WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · Courier
WTM Logistics provides Calgary to Lloydminster business courier delivery for parcels, cartons and prepared supplier orders. You can buy from a Calgary business without sending a member of your team to collect the purchase. WTM coordinates the collection and delivery, with quote approval and shipment visibility available through the WTM Customer Portal.
Business and personal parcels · Supplier collections · Real-time GPS tracking
Start with the supplier’s collection reference
The useful reference is the one the Calgary counter or warehouse recognises. Your internal purchase-order number may differ from the supplier’s sales order. Put both in the request, identify the purchasing company and ask the supplier to authorise WTM to collect on its behalf.
Confirm which branch holds the goods. An online order marked ready may be at a collection desk rather than the distribution warehouse shown on the supplier’s invoice. Getting the release point right prevents a courier from arriving where the order cannot be handed over.
Describe the complete parcel order
Provide the number of packed pieces, outside dimensions and gross weight. Include accessories that travel separately: a boxed device and a long mounting rail are two handling units, even when they appear on one invoice. Tell WTM whether everything must arrive together.
For example, an installer might order six small control units and a separate case of connectors. A clear collection instruction says seven packages, names the order and identifies the Lloydminster workshop expecting them. It is more useful than describing the shipment only as electrical supplies.
Match delivery to the person using the order
Give the receiving entrance and the time someone can accept the packages. At a mixed office-and-workshop address, specify whether delivery belongs at reception, the parts counter or a goods door. Include the province and postal code with the full Lloydminster address.
Planned courier service and urgent direct delivery answer different needs. WTM offers same-day options for qualifying shipments, while dispatch confirms the actual pickup and arrival arrangement. A supplier’s ready time is the starting point for that discussion, not the time you submitted the purchase online.
Keep the delivery connected to the purchase
Use the same order reference in the portal request and your purchasing records. Follow the shipment with real-time GPS tracking, then match the available POD and invoice to that purchase. This makes it easier for the buyer and accounts team to recognise a completed order.
For repeated collections, show WTM your usual parcel sizes and shipping days. A recurring proposal can reflect the real pattern instead of pricing each delivery as an unrelated emergency.
Questions before booking
Can WTM collect an order I bought from another company?
Yes. Give the supplier’s collection address, release reference, ready time and permission to release the packages to WTM.
What happens when the order becomes a pallet?
Request the appropriate freight equipment. WTM also offers LTL and 5-ton truck delivery, so the service can change with the shipment.
Keep the shipment and its records together
Request your shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online through the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the journey with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history keeps earlier movements available for reference.
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. A funded credit account separately offers up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is confirmed with your quote; the two offers are not automatically combined.
Open the WTM Customer Portal. New customers can request access at admin@wtmlogistics.com.
Ready to move your shipment? Send WTM the collection and delivery addresses, packed load, ready time and required arrival. Include temperature or special-handling requirements where applicable.
