WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics arranges refrigerated courier delivery from Calgary suppliers to High River stores and commercial receivers. For a chilled stock order, the service needs to account for the packed quantity, receiving location and timing—not simply the distance between cities. Use one clear shipment brief from collection through handoff.

Create an order that the receiving store can reconcile
Give the retailer's order reference and the expected carton count. When the supplier combines several purchase orders into one shipment, identify that fact so the receiving staff know why the package total differs from a single invoice.
Keep separate stores' goods identifiable. A driver should not need to open packaging or divide individual retail items at delivery. If the order list changes before pickup, update the consignment count and any space requirement with dispatch.
Choose the right size of refrigerated movement
A few chilled cases can be quoted as a courier request. A replenishment order that has grown into pallets may need a refrigerated 5-ton or another freight arrangement. Give the external dimensions, weight and stackability so WTM can match the load to suitable equipment.
Include the product owner's required transport conditions. Cold-labelled products are not automatically compatible with one another, and a frozen group should not be hidden within a chilled order description.
Prepare for store-level unloading
Tell WTM whether the High River receiver has a loading dock, a ground-level entrance or another agreed handoff point. Request tailgate or inside handling when the load requires it. A supplier's efficient dock does not describe the access available at the retail end.
Name a receiver and give a time when the store can accept the shipment. Keep any specific arrival commitment tied to the agreed booking. Same-day collection alone does not establish same-day delivery.
Plan a supply routine, not only the first trip
A retailer buying regularly from Calgary can provide a normal weekly order pattern. WTM can discuss recurring transport and an applicable account offer around that work. Include the way the store communicates extra cases or a changed receiving day.
Use the portal to retain quotes, issued invoices and delivery records. A consistent reference lets purchasing and store staff identify the same consignment, while GPS tracking helps the booking customer follow the regional movement.
Make repeat refrigerated deliveries easier to manage
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Manage requests, quote approvals and online payments in the Customer Portal; follow active shipments with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history gives your next order a useful reference.
Prepaid account credit offers up to 25% off eligible services under a separate arrangement. These offers are not automatically combined.
Frequently asked questions
Can a small shop without a dock receive the shipment?
Yes. Describe the access and requested unloading work before approval so a suitable arrangement can be quoted.
What happens when my regular order becomes much larger?
Update the measurements, weight and package count. WTM can reassess the vehicle and service instead of relying on the previous smaller booking.
