WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics arranges refrigerated transport of packaged meat orders from High River release locations to Calgary trade buyers. The service focuses on prepared consignments: the supplier specifies the product condition, and the buyer identifies the receiving arrangement. Provide those instructions together when requesting the quote.

Identify a released packaged shipment
Use the supplier's sales-order reference and name the release contact. Describe the boxed or contained product, final package count and gross weight. This is transportation of prepared orders, not livestock hauling, processing or selecting product at pickup.
State whether the goods are chilled or frozen and provide the required transport instruction. A mixed invoice should not obscure different product groups. The supplier and buyer should resolve substitutions or product-status questions before the shipment is handed over.
Prepare the Calgary receiver
The destination may be a butcher, restaurant, wholesaler or another business. Include the correct receiving entrance and a contact who recognises the supplier order. The company's mailing address may not be the place where it receives refrigerated product.
Give a receiving window and disclose any need for unloading assistance. For a larger consignment, identify pallets and available equipment. WTM can discuss a refrigerated freight arrangement when the shipment no longer fits a compact courier load.
Keep packaging and product records distinct
Provide the outer dimensions and any handling restrictions on the packages. Packaging should be ready for the agreed transport and should not require the driver to repack goods or separate retail portions.
The courier's consignment and POD can be linked to the supplier's order reference. Product lot, batch and quality information remain part of the supplier and buyer's own records. Ask about any additional transport reporting required before approving the service, rather than assuming a delivery signature contains all product information.
Choose a buying pattern that can be repeated
A Calgary trade buyer purchasing regularly from High River can share the expected order days, counts and release times. WTM can assess a recurring service pattern and explain the applicable 10% recurring-shipment arrangement.
For an urgent top-up, request the actual service needed and state when the goods must arrive. The confirmed booking establishes timing. GPS tracking and portal records then give the booking customer a way to follow the order and retrieve issued paperwork afterwards.
Manage the shipment through your Customer Portal
Request a new shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous shipments in your account.
