WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · Courier
WTM Logistics delivers prepared workwear and uniform orders from Calgary suppliers to Lloydminster employers. Individual issue packs, boxed garments and replacement accessories can be booked as courier shipments. Keeping each pack associated with the correct employee or department makes receiving easier when several sizes and work groups share one order.

Confirm the issued order rather than the shopping list
Ask the supplier which garments are packed and which remain backordered. The purchase order may list twenty complete kits while only some are ready for release. Give WTM the actual package count and identify whether the buyer wants a partial delivery.
For a new crew intake, the useful deadline is when the receiving team needs to distribute the garments. Leave room in the employer’s own plan for checking sizes and correcting mistakes; courier delivery is the transport step, not the final issue process.
Keep the supplier’s sorting intact
Label packages by the company’s chosen team, department or issue reference. Avoid putting unnecessary employee details on external labels. Use a packing list the employer can reconcile without opening and resorting every bag in the order.
If boots or other heavier items are packed separately, count them separately. A garment bag and a boot carton may belong to one employee but occupy different space in the vehicle. Provide the largest package dimensions and the total packed weight as well as the number of units.
Decide where staff will receive the order
The right destination may be a stores counter rather than the employer’s registered office. Identify the entrance, receiving window and person accepting the packs. A delivery to an industrial site needs its actual handoff arrangement, not a general description of the surrounding area.
When an urgent replacement is needed outside the routine order cycle, quote that package separately. WTM can assess direct courier or hotshot transport against the deadline without changing the service for every ordinary replenishment order.
Plan exchanges as a new collection
Keep incorrect-size returns packaged and identified with the supplier’s exchange permission. The original delivery does not automatically include collecting those items or waiting while staff try on garments. State the return requirement when it becomes known.
Use shipment history in the Customer Portal to find the transport record and available invoice. The supplier’s size list and exchange paperwork remain separate from the POD, which records the courier handoff. Repeated issue cycles can be discussed as recurring shipments.
Workwear shipment questions
Can several employee packs travel under one collection?
Yes. Give the complete count, handling details and one agreed receiving destination, or list additional destinations separately.
Can WTM collect a late-arriving backorder?
Yes. Submit its new ready time and package details; do not assume it was included in the earlier collection.
