WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · Courier
Get a prepared demonstration kit from Calgary to a Lloydminster dealer with WTM Logistics courier service. Samples, display pieces and demonstration accessories can travel together as an identified parcel shipment. The aim is not simply to deliver a box: it is to give the receiving dealer the complete kit needed for the planned appointment.

Work back from the demonstration setup time
A presentation at two o’clock may require the kit to be received much earlier. Ask the dealer when staff need the goods for checking, unpacking and setup. Give WTM that receiving deadline rather than only the time the customer presentation begins.
The Calgary release time must also be realistic. A kit still being assembled cannot be collected as a completed shipment. When a last-minute component is delayed, decide whether the whole kit must wait or whether a separate urgent item is worthwhile.
Build a pack list someone can use
List the cases, cartons and loose transport units. Within the kit, identify items the dealer is expected to return, keep or consume. A numbered list is especially useful when the kit contains small adapters that are easy to overlook after a demonstration.
An example might include a product sample, a display base and a case of fittings. Those are three packed pieces, not one shipment piece just because they support the same sale. Each should carry the common kit reference and its piece number.
Give equipment the handling it needs
Declare fragile surfaces, non-stackable pieces and batteries or other special contents. Use protective packaging designed for the demonstration equipment. WTM needs the outside dimensions and gross weight of each transport unit, including any case or crate.
A large display or several bulky units may fit freight service better than a standard courier package. A deadline-critical shipment may instead need a dedicated hotshot. Describe both the presentation deadline and the physical load so those decisions are made together.
Make the return decision before the kit leaves
Name the person at the dealer who will arrange the next movement. The equipment may return to Calgary, stay for a trial or be released later to another authorised destination. None of those journeys is automatically part of the original delivery.
The portal’s shipment history provides a transport record for the kit. GPS tracking helps the booking customer coordinate arrival, and the available POD identifies the receiving handoff. Keep the detailed kit inventory with your own demonstration records.
Dealer delivery questions
Can the courier deliver to a named showroom contact?
Yes. Include that contact, the receiving entrance and the time someone can accept the packed kit.
Is setup included?
Courier delivery is not automatically display assembly or demonstration setup. Describe any additional handling needed before accepting a quote.
Keep the shipment and its records together
Request your shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online through the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the journey with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history keeps earlier movements available for reference.
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. A funded credit account separately offers up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is confirmed with your quote; the two offers are not automatically combined.
