WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · Freight hotshot

WTM Logistics offers freight hotshot delivery from Calgary to Lloydminster-area receivers for accepted agricultural repair parts. A dedicated movement can help when a machine is waiting on a prepared component and the repair team has a clear receiving deadline. Describe the complete load and the actual handoff location rather than using the farm's nearest city as the whole instruction.

Have the dealer select and release the correct parts

Use the dealer’s order number and your repair job reference. Confirm that the ordered component and its required accessories are packed. A drive assembly, separate hardware bag and long shaft may travel as different pieces even when they solve one repair.

The dealer and operator remain responsible for compatibility. WTM collects the identified consignment rather than choosing a substitute from the parts counter. Tell dispatch if part of the order is delayed and the available pieces should travel separately.

Distinguish a dealer-yard delivery from a farm delivery

A staffed dealership can provide a straightforward goods-door handoff. A farm or rural workshop may require directions to a particular gate, building or person. Provide the location, access instruction and contact who will answer when the vehicle approaches.

State what unloading equipment will be available. Dedicated transport does not automatically include a loader or crane. Where ground-level handling is needed, disclose it before the quote is accepted so the assigned vehicle suits the load and delivery point.

Match the load to the vehicle

Give packed length, width, height and gross weight. Explain non-stackable or unusual shapes and any special content or preparation requirement. A small carton of electronic parts and a crated assembly have different protection and handling needs.

For illustration, a repair shop may need a replacement drive before its technician leaves for a job. Delivery to that shop before the technician’s departure may be more useful than an unplanned handoff in a field. Choose the receiving arrangement with the people doing the repair.

Separate urgent parts from routine restocking

Keep the deadline-critical piece identifiable. Routine stock can be quoted under a different service when timing allows. WTM can assess the direct hotshot without making every part of an ordinary dealer order urgent.

Follow the movement through the WTM Customer Portal, then retain the available POD and invoice with the repair reference. The carrier’s record establishes delivery; the dealer and repair team document installation, warranty and machine readiness separately.

Agricultural hotshot questions

Can the delivery finish at a rural workshop?

Provide the exact location, access, contact and unloading arrangement so WTM can review and quote that destination.

Can one small component be sent urgently?

Yes. A small accepted load can justify dedicated transport when its deadline requires it. Describe both the package and the timing.

From request to delivery record

Use your WTM Customer Portal to submit the load details, approve the quoted service and make payment. Follow location updates with real-time GPS tracking, then find available shipment documents and invoices in the same account.

WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. A funded credit account separately offers up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is confirmed with your quote; the two offers are not automatically combined.

Open the WTM Customer Portal. New customers can request access at admin@wtmlogistics.com.

Ready to move your shipment? Send WTM the collection and delivery addresses, packed load, ready time and required arrival. Include temperature or special-handling requirements where applicable.
