WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics arranges refrigerated courier transport from Canmore suppliers to Calgary business buyers. A specialty food order should travel with a defined release time, product instructions and a destination prepared to receive it. The inbound direction matters: the supplier in Canmore and the buyer in Calgary each need clear handoff details.

Obtain the supplier's final shipment description
A buyer arranging the transport should ask for the completed carton count, packed dimensions and gross weight. The product list on a receipt may not describe the actual transport units. Include containers and any protective packaging in the measurements.
State the required temperature and any non-stackable or upright handling. If the order includes both chilled and frozen groups, identify them separately. The supplier should prepare and authorise release before the courier arrives.
Tell the supplier who is collecting
Send the order reference and advise that WTM will collect on the buyer's behalf. Identify the staff member at the release point and the entrance used for commercial pickups. This prevents a quotation approved by the buyer from being mistaken for supplier release authorisation.
Any change in products or quantities should be resolved with the supplier, not delegated to the driver. If the packed load changes, update dispatch before collection so equipment and space remain suitable.
Give Calgary receiving a workable window
Name the business, unit and receiving contact. A store may receive at a rear door while a kitchen has a staffed loading area. Request extra carrying or unloading assistance explicitly rather than assuming it is part of a standard handoff.
Specify the latest acceptable arrival and whether the date is flexible. WTM confirms the service for the actual route and load. Do not assume an inbound regional shipment uses the same timing as an urgent local Calgary run.
Use the route for ongoing procurement
A buyer making regular Canmore purchases can discuss a recurring refrigerated arrangement. Share the normal release days and the way order changes will be communicated. The recurring-shipment offer can then be considered against defined work.
Track the movement through the Customer Portal and keep issued PODs and invoices associated with the supplier order. Shipment history helps prepare later requests, while product purchasing and quality decisions stay with the supplier and buyer.
Manage the shipment through your Customer Portal
Request a new shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous shipments in your account.
