WTM Logistics can collect a prepared order from your supplier and deliver it to your business, branch or job site. Give us the release reference, collection contact, packed shipment details and destination, then manage the request and quote through your WTM Customer Portal.

The benefit is straightforward: your employee can stay with the customer, repair or production task instead of making a collection trip.

Get the order ready for a third-party collection

Ask the supplier to confirm that the goods are available and can be released to your courier. Supply the order number and the name under which the purchase was placed.

Confirm the physical collection point. A trade counter, warehouse dock and office reception may share an address but use different entrances and opening hours.

Tell WTM who can resolve a release problem. If the supplier cannot identify the order, the most useful contact is usually someone who knows the purchase—not an unattended main switchboard.

Quote the packed order, not the catalogue description

An item described as “a pump part” might be a small seal kit or a substantial boxed component. Ask the supplier for the actual package count, weights and dimensions.

Include anything that changes loading or handling. A pallet needs a different plan from a parcel; a fragile component needs suitable packaging. WTM can match the request to courier service or a larger freight option when needed.

Send it to the place where it is needed

The invoice address does not have to be the delivery address. You may want goods sent directly to a workshop or customer site rather than via your office.

Give the receiver’s name, telephone number, unit or gate details and receiving hours. When a technician is waiting, identify a stable handoff point instead of using a moving person’s location as the entire instruction.

Keep the booking and the order connected

Submit the request, review and approve the quote, then complete the payment step for your arrangement. WTM confirms the collection and delivery plan.

Use real-time GPS tracking to follow the shipment. After delivery, retrieve the POD and invoice through your account. Keeping the supplier order reference with your shipment details helps you match the movement to the purchase later.

Can collection be arranged while I am somewhere else?

Yes. The person booking can be separate from the supplier and receiver. Clear release instructions and reachable contacts make that arrangement workable.

What happens when supplier collections become regular?

Share the pattern with WTM and discuss recurring courier service, including the 10% recurring-shipment offer.

Your supplier has the order; your business needs it delivered. Send WTM the collection details or call 587-316-2639.
