WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics provides refrigerated courier delivery for prepared food samples going to Calgary buyers, kitchens and tasting appointments. A small sample shipment can be commercially important even when it occupies only one box. Give it a clear product reference, transport instruction and named receiver so the buyer can connect the delivery to the intended meeting.

Design the shipment around the buyer's appointment
Ask when the buyer can receive the samples and whether the delivery is going to an office, test kitchen or another facility. The appointment time may not be the receiving time. A box arriving during an unattended lunch break can create a problem even when the address is correct.
Provide the name of the person expecting the samples and an alternate contact. For a large company, include the department and any internal reference. A general company reception may not know which purchasing discussion the samples belong to.
Make samples identifiable without opening the box
Label the outer consignment with the sender, buyer and sample reference. Keep the product information supplied by the producer available to the buyer, while ensuring the packages are ready for transport. Distinguish several product variants clearly in the accompanying order information.
When products require different transport conditions, list the groups separately. A tasting selection is not automatically one compatible temperature-controlled load. The producer should provide the conditions for each product and WTM can arrange the appropriate movement.
Choose the right scope for a small order
A refrigerated Sprinter shipment may be appropriate for a compact sample consignment, while larger tasting supplies need more space. Provide the finished carton dimensions and gross weight. Do not omit protective packaging when measuring the shipment.
This service concerns food samples for commercial evaluation. Laboratory specimens and regulated clinical materials have a different booking context and should not be added under a generic food-sample description.
Close the delivery loop before the meeting
Follow the shipment with GPS tracking and use the delivery record to confirm the handoff. The salesperson can then discuss the product with the buyer without first trying to establish whether an unnamed box reached the building.
For repeated sampling visits, use the Customer Portal's history to find previous shipping details and issued documents. Each new request still needs its own product quantities, receiving instructions and approved transport conditions. A previous successful trip is a useful reference, not a substitute for current order details.
Manage the shipment through your Customer Portal
Request a new shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous shipments in your account.
