WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery

WTM Logistics arranges temperature-controlled delivery of prepared food samples from Banff producers or business release points to Calgary buyer meetings. The goal is a clearly identified consignment reaching the correct receiving team before the commercial evaluation. Treat the shipment as a new sample order, not as an undefined return from an event.

Identify fresh sample preparation and ownership

Name the business releasing the samples and the reference connecting them to the Calgary buyer. State the product's required transport conditions, final package count and packed measurements. The product owner should confirm which goods are suitable and ready for the intended evaluation.

Do not combine unassessed event leftovers with new buyer samples under one vague description. A sample consignment should have a clear purpose and product identity before collection. Used containers or equipment require a separate handling description.

Find the buyer's actual receiving location

A meeting may take place at an office while the products must first go to a test kitchen or another receiving area. Obtain the correct address, department and contact. Include the receiving window rather than only the meeting start time.

For a courier booked by a salesperson or event organiser, name the person who will physically accept the box. An alternate contact can help when the buyer is occupied, but that arrangement should be agreed rather than invented during delivery.

Select conditions for the products in the box

Provide the producer's instructions instead of applying a generic chilled setting to every sample. List incompatible temperature groups separately. Include any requirement to keep jars or containers upright and any limits on stacking the box.

A small refrigerated shipment can be commercially important without being heavy. Give the finished outer packaging footprint so WTM can arrange suitable space and handling. The service should follow the load and deadline, not its sales value.

Keep the commercial follow-up separate from transport

GPS tracking helps follow the journey, and the POD records the handoff. These records tell the sales team whether the shipment reached its agreed receiver; they do not report tasting results or buyer approval.

Use the Customer Portal to request the shipment, accept the quote and manage payment. Keep issued invoices and shipment history together for repeat sampling activity. Update the product and receiving information for every new request rather than assuming the previous meeting's details still apply.

Manage the shipment through your Customer Portal

Request a new shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous shipments in your account.

Frequently asked questions

Can WTM take a small sample order from Banff to a Calgary buyer?

Yes. Provide the release and receiving contacts, packed measurements, temperature requirement and requested window.

Can I book it as a return from a catering event?

Use an accurate shipment description. A prepared sample order and an unassessed food return have different purposes and should not be combined under an unclear booking.

Arrange refrigerated delivery into Calgary. Send WTM the pickup and delivery locations, packed shipment details, required temperature and deadline.
