WTM Logistics combines real-time GPS shipment tracking with available proof of delivery and customer shipment records. Follow your GTA courier delivery while it is moving, then retrieve the record of its completed handoff through the WTM Customer Portal.
Tracking and proof of delivery answer different questions. One helps you understand the shipment’s movement; the other documents the delivery. Together, they make the courier service useful after the initial pickup as well as during transport.

Real-time GPS visibility helps when you are coordinating with a recipient or answering a customer’s question about an order on the way. You can follow the movement without repeatedly asking the sender whether the package has left.
For example, a retailer sending a prepared order to an office can use the shipment’s progress while the receiving team prepares for the handoff. A personal sender can follow a parcel travelling to a family member.
A location update does not, on its own, change the agreed delivery window or prove that the handoff is complete. Use the confirmed service and any communication from dispatch when a specific arrival question needs attention.
Proof of delivery is the record of the completed delivery. Access it when available for the shipment and use it to confirm the recorded handoff details.
The GPS position during transport and the delivery record should not be treated as interchangeable. A vehicle approaching the destination is not the same as the parcel being accepted. Equally, a completed handoff answers a different question from whether a retailer has processed a returned item or issued a refund.
For returns, see our local shopping-return courier guide.
The portal supports shipment requests, quote review and approval, payments and history. Available invoices, PODs and bills of lading can be retrieved with the shipment records; a BOL is available for download or printing where issued.
For a business, this helps connect the person arranging the courier with the colleague who later needs the invoice. For a personal sender, it keeps the delivery record from becoming an old attachment that is difficult to find.
Our WTM document-download guide explains the different records, while the shipment-history guide covers previous deliveries.
When you need help, identify the shipment or order reference and explain the issue clearly: collection readiness, receiving instructions, active delivery progress or a document you need afterwards. This gives dispatch a concrete starting point.
New customers can request portal access through admin@wtmlogistics.com. Existing customers should use their own authorised account rather than share login credentials with a recipient.
