WTM Logistics can collect an approved online-shopping return and take it to an authorised local GTA return destination. Instead of finding time for another trip, arrange the package pickup and keep a record of its handoff.
Start with the retailer’s return instructions. The correct destination may be a store, receiving centre or permitted carrier drop-off point, and it is not necessarily the address on the original shipping box.
Request a local return courier quote with the approved destination and package details.
Obtain the retailer’s return reference and instructions. Check what must be included, which address can accept the item and whether the return location permits a courier to hand it over.
For example, a customer returning a boxed clothing order may receive a local store-return authorisation. The customer prepares the return according to the retailer’s instructions; WTM handles the transport to that agreed location.
A prepaid label for another carrier is not a WTM transport payment. If the job is delivery to that carrier’s accepted drop-off point, describe it as that local handoff rather than as WTM completing the retailer’s entire return journey.
Repack the item securely and include the authorised reference as instructed by the seller. Remove or cover labels that could confuse the new destination, while keeping any required return label visible.
Count the packages and provide their packed dimensions and weight. A return split into two boxes should be quoted as two pieces even when it relates to one purchase.
Keep a copy of the return authorisation for your records. The courier should not have to negotiate eligibility or explain a missing return reference at the receiving counter.
Tell WTM when the package will be ready, when the destination accepts returns and any deadline attached to the handoff. Include the collection contact, receiving department and unit information.
WTM confirms the same-day local service for those addresses and requirements. Use the actual receiving location rather than assuming every branch of a retailer accepts the same return.
Our GTA same-day courier guide explains the local transport offer. For a new purchase travelling the other way, see store-purchase collection.
Use the WTM Customer Portal for the transport request, quote approval, payment and real-time GPS tracking. Available PODs document WTM’s agreed delivery handoff and remain with the shipment history.
The retailer decides whether the return meets its conditions and when any refund is processed. Courier proof of delivery supports your records; it is not itself a refund approval or a guarantee that the product has passed inspection.
Yes. Have the package ready and identify the person authorised to hand it over.
Use the destination specified in the retailer’s return instructions. Confirm it before requesting the courier.
Finish the return errand without making the journey. Arrange your GTA return pickup with WTM Logistics.
