This is useful when the item is ready but a trip to the store would disrupt your working day. The receiver can be you, a family member or another agreed contact at a home or workplace.

Complete the purchase and confirm release
Ask the retailer whether it permits a courier to collect your specific order. Confirm the goods are paid for, packed and ready. Obtain the order number and any collection instruction the store needs followed.
Provide the correct collection location, which may differ from the main sales entrance. Include the contact or department holding the goods. The driver should know which prepared order to request, rather than browse products or choose alternatives on your behalf.
For example, a customer can buy boxed accessories at a Mississauga shop and arrange delivery to a relative in Oakville. The buyer handles the purchase; WTM handles the transport once release is arranged.
Ask how the purchase is packaged
An order confirmation may not list the courier package count. Ask the seller how many boxes or bags are waiting and obtain their packed dimensions and weight.
A bulky retail package may need a different transport arrangement from a small sealed parcel. Tell WTM about fragile contents or special handling before approving the quote. This helps match the courier service to the goods rather than the purchase price.

Choose a destination where receipt is practical
Provide the receiver’s name, contact, full address and unit or suite. Check that someone can accept the order within the booked window. A workplace may be convenient when a home is empty, provided its receiving arrangement permits the delivery.
State when the store will release the order and the latest time the recipient needs it. WTM confirms the same-day service against those details. Do not confuse a retailer’s general same-day preparation estimate with a confirmed collection-ready time.

Approve the transportation and follow your order
Through the WTM Customer Portal, you can request the shipment, review and approve its quote, pay online and track active transport with real-time GPS. Available proof of delivery and invoices stay connected to the historical record.
The courier payment covers the delivery arrangement. Your product purchase and any retailer-specific collection conditions remain between you and the store.
Does WTM need a formal partnership with the retailer?
The practical requirement is that the retailer authorises release of your order to the courier. Confirm that before booking the collection.
Can I receive the order somewhere other than home?
Yes. Give WTM the agreed local destination and the person authorised to receive it.
