WTM shipment history lets you refer to previous deliveries and the records connected with them. Use it to check where an order went, locate available delivery paperwork or prepare the details for a similar new request.
Start in the WTM Customer Portal. Identify the previous shipment by the information you have, then confirm the record before using it.
You may have an old shipment reference, an invoice, a customer’s destination or an approximate delivery date. Use that information to identify the relevant record in your account.
Several shipments can look similar. A business sending to the same workshop every week should check the date and order details, not assume the first familiar address is the right delivery.
When you ask WTM for help, include what you know. “Our parts shipment to the Red Deer workshop during the first week of the month” provides a better starting point than “our previous order.”
For a receiving query, review the available POD. For an accounting query, identify the invoice. For an operational question, refer to the shipment details and agreed movement.
Suppose a customer asks about a missing carton from an earlier order. First identify the exact shipment and compare the recorded quantity with the order information. Then bring the reference and specific discrepancy to WTM. That keeps the discussion connected to a particular movement.
The record supports the investigation; it does not replace checking the customer’s order or stock records.
A previous shipment is a useful reference for a familiar route, but the next shipment still needs current information. Recheck the address, receiving contact, packed quantities and timing before submitting a new request.
A supplier may have moved its collection counter. A returning customer may need a different branch. Yesterday’s two cartons may now be a heavier four-carton order.
Use history to remind yourself what happened before—not to assume every detail remains valid. Review the new quote for the new shipment.
Historical records can reveal that your supposedly occasional deliveries are becoming regular. Review the origins, destinations and typical quantities you have been sending.
When a pattern is clear, share it with WTM and discuss a recurring arrangement. WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments, with the applicable service and schedule agreed for your work.
You do not need a fictional forecast. Your actual previous deliveries are a useful starting point for the conversation.
Yes. Refer to the earlier shipment, then check the new destination, quantity, readiness and delivery deadline before submitting a fresh request.
Send WTM the approximate date, origin, destination and any order or invoice reference you have. Explain what you are trying to establish so the team can help locate the relevant record.
