WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · LTL
WTM Logistics provides LTL transportation from Lloydminster to Calgary for accepted, prepared repair cores and exchange components. When several returns can move on a planned service, a clearly identified freight consignment helps the receiving supplier reconcile the components. The transport record supports the return, while the supplier determines any core-credit or repair assessment.

Match each component to its return authorisation
Collect the supplier’s return references before arranging the load. Several cores can share a shipment but still relate to different invoices or repair jobs. Label each component or its package so the receiver can distinguish them after unloading.
Keep a list of what is actually ready. An item still installed in equipment or waiting for workshop preparation should not be included as a released freight unit. Update the list when the collection date changes.
Prepare used components for transport
Have the responsible workshop assess and prepare the items following applicable instructions. Disclose residues, fluids, batteries or other special contents before the shipment is accepted. LTL should not be used to conceal a handling requirement under the broad description used parts.
Package the components securely on suitable bases or in protective crates. Record the gross weight and dimensions of each completed unit, including the supporting material. Identify loads that cannot be stacked or need particular lifting access.
Separate transport counts from credit counts
A pallet can hold several individually authorised cores. WTM needs the pallet count and handling details; the supplier needs the individual component and credit references. Link the two lists rather than expecting a POD for one pallet to prove acceptance of every claimed core.
For illustration, a workshop might return several prepared drive components to one Calgary depot. Number the pallets and show which component references each contains. That makes the collection and receiving checks easier without requiring the carrier to assess the components.
Use the service that fits the deadline
Planned returns can often be evaluated as LTL. A single component needed urgently for a workshop assessment may call for a dedicated hotshot instead. Give WTM the supplier’s receiving deadline and any flexibility rather than marking all returns equally urgent.
The Customer Portal provides quote approval, payment, GPS tracking and issued documents. Keep the available POD and invoice with the core-return list, then record the supplier’s later condition or credit decision in your own accounts process.
Repair-core questions
Does delivery guarantee a core credit?
No. Credit eligibility and value are determined by the supplier under its return arrangement, not by the freight handoff.
Can several returns use one pallet?
Use packaging and securing appropriate to the components, and provide individual return references alongside the transport-unit description.
