WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · LTL

WTM Logistics arranges Lloydminster-to-Calgary LTL for accepted packaged agricultural attachments and compact equipment returns. The dealer or owner should prepare the item as a suitable freight unit and confirm the receiving depot's return permission. Quote its actual transport configuration, not a general machinery category.

Define exactly what is moving

State whether the load is a removed attachment, a crated component or another prepared piece of equipment. Give its identification and the supplier’s return reference. This article does not treat every farm machine or self-propelled vehicle as an ordinary pallet shipment.

The receiving dealer should confirm which accessories belong with the return. Keep pins, brackets or other separate parts in secure labelled packaging and include them in the transport piece count when they form separate units.

Use prepared-load measurements

Provide the length, width, height and gross weight after packing or mounting on a transport base. Identify projecting parts and any edges that need protection. An attachment’s nominal working width may not describe the shape that actually has to be carried.

State the approved lifting and handling arrangements supplied by the responsible team. Disclose fluids, residues or other special contents for review. The owner or dealer prepares the equipment; the carrier does not dismantle or make it transport-ready by default.

Arrange loading and Calgary intake

Name the loading equipment and the person who will operate it at collection. Confirm the receiving depot’s equipment and appointment. A rural yard pickup and a staffed dealer dock require different preparation and should be priced accordingly.

The return destination can differ from the business that sold the attachment. Use the current return instructions rather than assuming the invoice address is correct. Keep the contact who can resolve release or receiving questions reachable during the movement.

Choose planned freight or a dedicated exception

Where the return is flexible and suitable for shared-capacity transport, LTL can be evaluated. A deadline-critical workshop job may need a hotshot instead. WTM confirms the option using the accepted load and the real receiving deadline.

Track the journey through the Customer Portal and retain the available BOL, POD and invoice. The dealer’s inspection, warranty or credit decision is separate from the transport record. Any later collection of a replacement should be requested using its own packed specifications and release time.

Attachment freight questions

Can a compact attachment travel on a prepared pallet?

Provide its full packed details and handling requirements so WTM can confirm an appropriate accepted freight service.

Does a delivery signature mean the dealer accepted the return for credit?

No. The signature records the handoff; the dealer completes its own commercial and condition assessment.

An online account for your next delivery

The WTM Customer Portal brings shipment requests, quote decisions and online payments together. Use real-time GPS tracking for active shipments and access the BOL, POD and invoice as those documents are issued. Refer to historical shipments when planning the next order.

Open the WTM Customer Portal. New customers can request access at admin@wtmlogistics.com.

Ready to move your shipment? Send WTM the collection and delivery addresses, packed load, ready time and required arrival. Include temperature or special-handling requirements where applicable.
