WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · Courier

WTM Logistics arranges Lloydminster-to-Calgary courier collection for packed computers, peripherals and other accepted IT equipment. This can support lease returns, employee equipment recovery or transfers to an authorised service receiver. Build the shipment around the actual cases and cartons, with a clear record of what each package contains.

Match the physical equipment to the return list

Use the leasing company’s or receiving department’s reference. Check which devices, chargers, docks and accessories are expected. An asset list prepared by your own team helps avoid returning a computer without the accessory the receiver requires.

Keep sensitive account information off the outside of packages. Your IT team remains responsible for data, access controls and any required preparation of the devices. Courier transportation does not include data erasure, inspection of stored information or certification of IT security.

Package separate components for transport

Protect screens, connectors and fragile housings using packaging appropriate to the equipment. Count an external monitor carton separately from a laptop case. Give WTM the packed dimensions and gross weight, including protective cases or foam packaging.

Declare batteries and damaged equipment accurately. Dispatch needs the actual condition and contents to review the shipment, not simply the word electronics. Where the receiver provides return packaging or instructions, use them when preparing the load.

Confirm the Calgary receiving point

A lease-return depot, office and repair workshop may have different entrances and intake procedures. Provide the receiving reference, appointment if required and the person authorised to accept the consignment. A postal address alone may not identify the correct handoff point.

If several Lloydminster employees are contributing equipment, consolidate the items before pickup or list the collection addresses separately. A single quotation for one office does not automatically include visits to several homes.

Preserve evidence of the movement

Follow the collection and journey through the WTM Customer Portal. The available POD supports the receiving handoff; your asset register records which devices were assigned to that shipment. Keep both linked without treating the courier signature as the leasing company’s final acceptance or condition assessment.

Once one return cycle is complete, use its package profile to plan the next request. Repeated collections can be quoted as an arrangement, but each load should still have its own asset list, actual package count and release confirmation.

IT courier questions

Can the payer be a head office outside Lloydminster?

Yes. Identify the booking contact separately from the person releasing the equipment and the Calgary receiver.

Does a courier collect loose desktop equipment?

Have the items packed for transport and describe the complete load. Any extra handling needs must be included before WTM confirms the shipment.

An online account for your next delivery

The WTM Customer Portal brings shipment requests, quote decisions and online payments together. Use real-time GPS tracking for active shipments and access the BOL, POD and invoice as those documents are issued. Refer to historical shipments when planning the next order.

Open the WTM Customer Portal. New customers can request access at admin@wtmlogistics.com.

Ready to move your shipment? Send WTM the collection and delivery addresses, packed load, ready time and required arrival. Include temperature or special-handling requirements where applicable.
