WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics arranges refrigerated transport for packaged dairy orders from Edmonton suppliers to Calgary wholesale buyers. Use the existing Edmonton-to-Calgary route with a product-specific shipment brief: the prepared cases, required transport conditions and receiving appointment. That makes the regional connection useful to purchasing staff and the team accepting the goods.

Describe finished packaged dairy products
Specify the case count, gross weight and outer dimensions. Sealed cartons, yogurt cases and specialty cheese boxes may need different packaging and stacking arrangements. The producer's instructions should determine the transport conditions for the actual order.
This article concerns prepared wholesale consignments, not bulk milk collection or dairy processing. If the order contains frozen goods as well as chilled products, identify the groups separately so WTM can confirm an appropriate movement.
Arrange Edmonton release before promising Calgary arrival
Give the supplier order reference, release contact and time the complete shipment will be ready. A buyer approving a transport quote does not automatically authorise release from the supplier. Confirm that the supplier has the instruction to hand the order to WTM.
The Calgary buyer should provide its receiving window, address and contact. When the business has a warehouse and a sales office, use the goods-receiving location. A scheduled appointment or restricted dock needs to be included in the request.
Scale equipment to the real order
A small consignment can be reviewed for refrigerated Sprinter transport. Larger case volumes or palletised shipments may suit refrigerated 5-ton or freight service. Indicate any tailgate or additional unloading requirement, particularly when the supplier has dock access but the receiver does not.
Use the packed load details even for a recurring account. A larger weekly order may change the space and handling needed. WTM should receive the change before collection, not as an unexplained increase at loading.
Make the records serve procurement
Match the shipment to the wholesale purchase order. The POD identifies the transport handoff, while supplier product records and the receiver's acceptance checks remain separate. Include any required transport reporting when the service is quoted.
Use the Customer Portal to review and approve the quote, arrange payment and find issued documents. Real-time GPS tracking helps follow the incoming delivery. For recurring purchases, provide the expected days and quantities to discuss a continuing service and applicable account offer.
Make repeat refrigerated deliveries easier to manage
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Manage requests, quote approvals and online payments in the Customer Portal; follow active shipments with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history gives your next order a useful reference.
Prepaid account credit offers up to 25% off eligible services under a separate arrangement. These offers are not automatically combined.
