WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics provides refrigerated courier transport from Calgary to Strathmore for prepared chilled customer orders. Whether the receiver is a shop, business collection point or a named customer, confirm how the handoff will work before approving the delivery. Refrigerated transportation should be paired with an address and receiver ready for the goods.

Choose whether the order goes to a business or a person
A commercial receiver may use regular opening hours and a back entrance. An individual may need a specific contact arrangement. Identify the actual model in the quote request so the last part of the trip is not left to assumption.
For a combined customer order going to a collection point, name the person accepting the whole consignment. Tell that receiver the expected carton count and supplier reference. The courier's handoff is to the agreed receiver, not automatically to every eventual end customer.
Prepare the shipment before collection
The Calgary sender should provide closed transport-ready packages, the required temperature instruction and external dimensions. List chilled and frozen products separately. Include the gross weight and any requirement to keep cartons upright or unstacked.
For a purchase collected from a supplier, authorise WTM's release using the order number. A customer receipt can help identify the sale, but the supplier still needs to confirm where and when the prepared goods are available.
Quote additional addresses rather than adding them informally
A delivery to one Strathmore address and a run serving several stops are different transportation tasks. Give the complete destination list with counts per stop. Where an address is outside the town's built-up area, provide the actual location and access information rather than only the nearest town name.
WTM can assess the route and required equipment from those details. Avoid promising a customer a time based on an assumed driving duration; the confirmed service includes the release and receiving requirements as well.
Keep records useful for repeat orders
Use an order reference that the sender and receiver both recognise. Track the movement through the WTM Customer Portal and access issued delivery records afterwards. For regular suppliers, shipment history provides a useful starting point when preparing the next request.
Recurring shipments can be discussed separately from one-off customer orders. The applicable discount belongs to the confirmed account arrangement, not to a guess about the number of packages someone might send in the future.
Manage the shipment through your Customer Portal
Request a new shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous shipments in your account.
