WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery

WTM Logistics transports prepared refrigerated product-launch orders from Calgary suppliers to Grande Prairie business buyers. A launch can involve a small assortment, several receiving stores and a date linked to promotion. Build the shipment around the final packed order and each receiver's instructions so the first delivery is organised from the start.

Give a launch order its own shipment reference

New product orders can combine sample units, saleable stock and printed information. Describe what is being transported and which items need temperature control. Keep the supplier's product labels and buyer information with the prepared order so the receiver can identify the consignment.

Use the store's purchase-order reference alongside the launch reference when both exist. This connects the delivery to receiving and accounts, rather than leaving the customer to work out whether an unfamiliar box is a sample or a replenishment order.

Measure the introductory assortment

An initial order may use more protective packaging than a regular wholesale case. Provide external dimensions, gross weight and the total number of transport packages. Identify any non-stackable items and separate temperature requirements.

A refrigerated Sprinter may suit smaller consignments, while larger palletised orders need a different discussion. WTM can assess the load rather than assume that a product launch is either a single parcel or a full truck.

Book the receiving date, not only the promotion date

A retailer may need delivery before a display or launch goes live. Ask when the stock can be received and placed into its intended storage. Give WTM the Calgary ready time and the required Grande Prairie receiving window.

The existing refrigerated route guide describes the broader connection. The individual quote establishes the service for this launch consignment. Additional stores or deliveries outside the originally quoted address require their own quantities and access details.

Use the first movement to prepare the repeat account

After delivery, retain the POD and invoice with the customer order. If the launch becomes recurring wholesale business, share the expected release days and usual case count for a continuing transport proposal. Keep promotional increases visible instead of assuming the first small order defines every future trip.

The Customer Portal supports quote approval, online payment and shipment history. Use GPS tracking to follow the movement, while keeping sales results separate from transport records. A completed delivery is evidence of the handoff, not proof of retail sell-through.

Manage the shipment through your Customer Portal

Request a new shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous shipments in your account.
