WTM Logistics · Courier · Southbound
WTM can organise a Calgary supplier collection with separately identified courier deliveries in Nanton and Claresholm. This arrangement suits a business sending boxed stock or operating supplies to more than one branch along the southern corridor. Each stop receives its own packages and a defined handoff.

Split the order by destination before collection
Pack the Nanton and Claresholm consignments separately. Put the destination and branch reference on every box, not only on an outer pallet wrap that will be removed. Count each branch’s pieces independently.
A useful dispatch summary could read: Nanton, two cartons; Claresholm, one carton. Add the packed dimensions and weights rather than assuming all three are interchangeable. The driver should be able to identify the correct packages without opening customer goods or allocating stock from a purchase order.
Treat every stop as a receiving appointment
Provide an address, contact and receiving window for each branch. One location might accept throughout the working day while another requires the manager to meet the driver. A plan that works for the first branch may not work for the second.
Tell WTM whether a stop has a hard deadline and whether delivery sequence is flexible. Dispatch can evaluate a practical sequence using all the requirements. A multi-stop courier booking is not the same service as a dedicated no-intermediate-stop hotshot.
Explain the complete journey at quotation
Do not obtain a quote for one town and add the other drop after the vehicle is loaded. Extra stops affect the transport work, receiving coordination and price. If the shipment continues to Lethbridge, include that destination in the original request as well.
Where only one branch needs an emergency item, consider separating that exception from the planned branch run. This keeps the routine order on its agreed service while the critical movement receives the attention its deadline requires.
Keep branch records useful after delivery
Use the shipment reference together with each stop’s receiving information to resolve questions about missing stock. A package delivered to the Nanton branch should not be treated as completion of the Claresholm order. Ask for the relevant delivery records for the booked stops.
The existing Nanton courier guide and Claresholm courier guide remain useful for individual local requirements. This arrangement adds coordinated distribution between branches, not a new promise that all routes operate with the same timetable.
Multi-stop questions
Can a branch add goods for a return collection?
Yes, as a separately described collection agreed with WTM. Identify its packages, release contact and destination.
Does a recurring run have to carry the same number of boxes?
No. Update the actual quantities and any material changes before the next booking is confirmed.
Keep the next delivery simple
Request the shipment, review and approve your quote, pay online and follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking in the WTM Customer Portal. Find your available delivery records, invoices and previous shipments without rebuilding the booking through separate email threads.
Planning repeated deliveries? Discuss the 10% recurring-shipment offer using your usual locations and packed loads.
Open the WTM Customer Portal. New customers can request an invitation at admin@wtmlogistics.com.
Book the shipment your business needs moved. Send WTM the route, packed load and required timing for a service-specific quote.
