WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · Courier

WTM Logistics provides courier delivery from Calgary to Lloydminster for accepted personal parcels and business travel essentials. A family member, employer or supplier can arrange collection of a prepared package and have it delivered to an authorised receiver. The best address is the place where someone can actually accept the parcel when it arrives.

Agree the handoff before using a hotel address

Ask the accommodation provider whether it will accept the package and what information reception needs. The guest’s name alone may not be enough to identify an expected delivery. Give WTM the hotel or receiving business, a contact and the agreed instructions.

Check the recipient’s departure plans. A package addressed to yesterday’s hotel can miss the traveller even when transportation runs correctly. When the itinerary changes, contact WTM promptly to agree any revised destination rather than assuming a driver can follow the traveller to another address.

Prepare a parcel, not an open collection of belongings

Pack the contents securely and list the number of handling units. Identify fragile items and anything requiring special review, including batteries, liquids or temperature control. Personal belongings should not be described simply as a bag when the contents affect transportation.

The sender should keep a record of what was packed and remove obsolete destination labels. WTM needs the finished size and weight. A suitcase or protective case may be suitable for some items, but its dimensions and condition still form part of the booking.

Explain the real deadline

The recipient may need the package before a shift, meeting or onward journey. Give dispatch that time together with the Calgary ready time. Same-day delivery requests are assessed against the actual movement, not assumed from the words travel essentials.

An urgent, compact parcel can justify dedicated transport when timing requires it. A package needed later may suit a planned courier arrangement. WTM can quote the option matching the deadline and handling requirement you provide.

Keep the payer and receiver connected

The person booking can use the Customer Portal to request and approve the quote, pay online and follow GPS tracking. Name the person authorised to accept the parcel, especially when that is a receptionist rather than the traveller.

The available POD documents the receiving handoff. It does not mean the traveller has already opened the package. Make sure the recipient knows who accepted it and where to collect it after reception receives the delivery.

Personal parcel questions

Can someone in Calgary arrange delivery for a traveller in Lloydminster?

Yes. Provide the release contact in Calgary and the agreed Lloydminster receiving arrangement.

Can delivery be made to a workplace instead?

Yes. Use the full workplace address, authorised contact and receiving hours when that provides a more reliable handoff than the travel accommodation.

From request to delivery record

Use your WTM Customer Portal to submit the load details, approve the quoted service and make payment. Follow location updates with real-time GPS tracking, then find available shipment documents and invoices in the same account.

WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. A funded credit account separately offers up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is confirmed with your quote; the two offers are not automatically combined.

Open the WTM Customer Portal. New customers can request access at admin@wtmlogistics.com.

Ready to move your shipment? Send WTM the collection and delivery addresses, packed load, ready time and required arrival. Include temperature or special-handling requirements where applicable.
