WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · Courier

WTM Logistics provides courier collection from Lloydminster for tools and compact equipment going to Calgary warranty or service receivers. A well-prepared return connects the physical item to the service request, so the receiving business can identify it when it arrives. The courier handles transportation; the supplier or repair centre makes the warranty decision.

Get the return destination from the service receiver

Use the address supplied with the return authorisation. The place that sold the tool may not be the workshop handling the claim. Include the return number, service contact and any delivery instructions that came with the authorisation.

Check what the receiver wants included. Some assessments need the case and accessories; others ask for the main item only. Follow those instructions and record the contents before sealing the package so both businesses know what is travelling.

Give the package a recognisable identity

Place the tool’s model or asset reference and return number on the accompanying paperwork. Keep your own record of serial numbers and visible condition. You do not need to display unnecessary customer information on the outside of the carton.

For illustration, a contractor returning a measurement device can place the device in its protective case, pack that case for transport and identify the service request separately. The repair counter can then link the delivery to the correct assessment without relying on the courier’s memory.

Describe batteries and other special contents

Tell WTM about batteries, fluids, sharp accessories or damaged components before booking. Do not assume a sealed case removes the need to describe its contents. Dispatch can review the transport requirements alongside the package dimensions and weight.

Protect the tool using packaging suited to the item and the receiver’s return instructions. The shipment should be ready for carriage at pickup; workshop disassembly, repair and testing are not courier tasks.

Arrange the outward and repaired-item journeys separately

The return to Calgary and the eventual delivery back to Lloydminster may happen on different dates with different package contents. Book the first movement using the current packed load. When the repair is complete, obtain a fresh release confirmation before requesting the return collection.

Keep both movements under recognisable service references in your records. The WTM Customer Portal supplies shipment history and available invoices and PODs, while the repair business retains the assessment and warranty paperwork. This avoids treating a transport signature as evidence that a claim has been accepted.

Warranty collection questions

Does WTM approve the warranty return?

No. Arrange the claim and return permission with the seller or service centre, then give WTM the authorised transport details.

Can the repaired item come back by courier?

Yes. Request that movement once the Calgary receiver confirms the item is ready and provides its packed dimensions and release information.

Manage transport without losing the paperwork

Your WTM Customer Portal supports new requests, quote review and approval, online payment, live GPS tracking and historical shipment records. Issued BOLs, PODs and invoices stay accessible with the movement they document.

Open the WTM Customer Portal. New customers can request access at admin@wtmlogistics.com.

Ready to move your shipment? Send WTM the collection and delivery addresses, packed load, ready time and required arrival. Include temperature or special-handling requirements where applicable.
