WTM Logistics can arrange courier delivery for suitable online-store orders moving between Southern Alberta and the East Kootenay. A merchant can collect the buyer’s delivery details, prepare the parcel and request a quote through the WTM Customer Portal without treating every regional order as a separate administrative project.

For this corridor, start with the actual Lethbridge-area origin and Cranbrook, Fernie, Sparwood or other approved destination—not a blanket promise covering every address in two provinces.

Offer a delivery commitment you can fulfil

Decide which orders are eligible for your regional courier arrangement. Product dimensions, preparation time and the receiving address all matter. Confirm the applicable service before displaying a delivery promise to a customer.

A merchant’s order cutoff should allow time for payment checks, picking, packing and release. A customer purchasing before midnight does not automatically create a parcel ready for collection at opening time the next morning.

Convert the online order into a shipment record

Transfer the recipient’s complete address, contact and order number to the courier request. Use the packed weight and outer measurements. Where one purchase occupies several boxes, keep their references linked and tell the customer how many pieces to expect.

Start with a straightforward online request: enter the prepared order in the portal, review the quote and approve the transport arrangement. You do not need to complete a custom store integration before requesting a delivery.

Separate transport updates from order support

The merchant remains the customer’s contact for product questions, substitutions and returns approval. WTM handles the confirmed transport job. Keep those responsibilities clear so a driver is not asked to decide whether a customer should accept a substitute item.

Use live shipment tracking to support a useful order update. Once the delivery is completed, the POD and invoice can be retrieved against the shipment, helping the business close the fulfilment task.

Build returns into the customer process

Tell customers how to request return authorisation and how the goods should be prepared before a collection is booked. A return address can differ from the original shipping address, especially when the merchant uses a repair or inspection location.

For example, a Lethbridge seller may send a packed accessory order to a Fernie customer and later approve one item for return. The outbound order and return collection should have separate references, even though they relate to the same sale.

Can a small online seller use regional courier service?

Yes. A suitable prepared order can be quoted using its packed details and the exact receiving address.

Can WTM support regular merchant collections?

Yes. Discuss your actual order pattern, preparation window and package sizes, including the separate recurring-shipment and funded-credit account options.

Build a regional delivery option around your real orders, then request the WTM service that supports it.

Keep the next delivery easier to arrange

Your WTM Customer Portal brings new requests, fast quotes, quote approval and payments into one account. Track the shipment in real time and retrieve the available BOL, delivery confirmation and invoice. Previous shipments remain accessible for reference when your business needs another movement.

Regular shippers can discuss 10% off recurring shipments. Funded credit accounts separately offer up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is shown with your account arrangement and quote; the discounts are not combined.
