WTM Logistics · Highway 3 connections
WTM Logistics provides Lethbridge–Cranbrook courier service for parcels, boxes and prepared supplier orders moving in either direction. Book a collection at the business holding your goods and delivery to the person who actually needs them, with real-time GPS tracking and a delivery record through your WTM Customer Portal.
A parcel does not need to fill a truck to deserve a clear transport plan. The useful starting point is the packed order, its ready time and the receiving address—not a general description such as “somewhere in the Kootenays.”
A Lethbridge distributor sending cartons to a Cranbrook shop has a different requirement from a Cranbrook business returning a small device to a Lethbridge service centre. WTM can arrange either movement. Explain whether the receiver is a shop, office, warehouse or customer home, because the final handoff needs to suit that location.
Highway 3 connects Lethbridge with Crowsnest Pass and continues toward Fernie and Cranbrook. The municipality’s road-access guide describes that connection. A booking may finish at an intermediate community rather than travel the complete corridor.
Have the supplier identify the release reference, packed piece count and collection entrance. An invoice address is not always the warehouse address. Ask the supplier to put all packages belonging to the order together and tell WTM when staff can release them.
For a mixed order, describe the largest and heaviest package separately. Three small cartons and one long carton should not be quoted as four identical boxes. Those details help match your shipment to suitable courier capacity without turning a modest order into an unnecessary freight booking.
Scheduled courier suits orders that can move within the agreed route arrangement. Same-day delivery may be available for suitable ready times and locations; an urgent order can be quoted for direct hotshot transportation instead. The pickup time and arrival commitment should both be stated in the booking.
For example, a retailer replenishing next week’s display may favour its recurring collection, while a replacement component needed for an active repair deserves a separate urgent request. Choose the service around that difference: planned collection for routine orders, direct transport for the critical exception.
Provide the receiving contact, business hours and entrance. Identify whether the goods can be accepted at reception or must reach a loading area. Keep the order reference consistent between the package labels and shipment request so the delivery record can be matched to the purchase afterwards.
Yes. Request the eastbound movement with its own origin, ready time and delivery details. It should not be assumed to share the timing of a previously booked westbound delivery.
Yes. Suitable securely packed boxes can be booked as courier shipments. Describe individual sizes, weights and handling needs so WTM can select the service.
Send the details of your next Lethbridge–Cranbrook parcel delivery and get a quote built around the actual order.
Start your new shipment request in the WTM Customer Portal, review and approve the quote, and make your payment online. Real-time GPS tracking helps you follow the movement; available proof of delivery, invoices and shipment history keep the records together afterwards.
Regular shippers can discuss 10% off recurring shipments. Funded credit accounts separately offer up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is shown with your account arrangement and quote; the discounts are not combined.
