WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics arranges refrigerated courier transportation from Medicine Hat to Calgary for prepared food orders and temperature-sensitive business consignments. Start with the complete route, product instruction and final packed load. A regional request should establish its own collection and delivery plan rather than inherit a promise from a local courier booking.

Build a complete origin brief
Provide the Medicine Hat supplier's release address, contact and order number. State when the packed goods can be handed over. If the Calgary buyer is organising transport, confirm that the supplier has authorised WTM to collect the specific order.
Obtain final package measurements and weight from the supplier. A receipt listing product quantities is not enough to identify the outer carton count or the amount of vehicle space needed. Include any non-stackable packaging or special orientation.
State the conditions for this consignment
Give the required transport temperature and distinguish chilled and frozen product groups. The supplier should provide those instructions for the goods being released. The courier booking does not determine product shelf life or decide which goods are suitable for sale.
Describe the prepared load accurately. A few food cartons, a large insulated container and a palletised order require different space and handling. WTM can discuss refrigerated Sprinter or larger equipment based on the actual consignment.
Use the Calgary buyer's receiving requirements
Name the exact destination, department or unit and the receiver who can accept the order. Include loading access, appointment details and any requested inside handling. A delivery to a distributor's warehouse is different from a handoff at a small store.
Give the required arrival date and latest receiving time. Dispatch confirms the service for the lane, load and readiness. Do not assume that an intercity order automatically qualifies for a same-day or next-day promise without acceptance on that service.
Make a regular purchasing lane easier to manage
For recurring work, provide the expected release days, quantities and method for communicating changes. WTM can build a proposal around the pattern rather than a speculative volume estimate. Additional addresses or larger loads should be confirmed before collection.
Use GPS tracking to follow the journey and the Customer Portal to retrieve issued PODs and invoices. Keep the shipment reference linked to the supplier order so purchasing and receiving can identify the same consignment. Discuss any account savings as part of the agreed service.
Manage the shipment through your Customer Portal
Request a new shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous shipments in your account.
