WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics arranges refrigerated courier transportation of prepared ingredient orders from Lethbridge suppliers to Calgary food businesses. A production kitchen or manufacturer needs the right consignment at the right receiving point, with the supplier's transport conditions clearly stated. Build the shipment around that production requirement rather than a generic parcel description.

Connect the order to the receiving production plan
Give the Calgary buyer's purchase-order or ingredient reference and name the receiving department. The factory or kitchen may have a goods entrance separate from the administrative office. Identify the person authorised to receive the consignment and the available window.
A production deadline may be earlier than the time finished products are due to leave the business. State when the ingredients must be in the receiver's control, allowing the buyer to organise its own internal preparation and acceptance steps.
Use the supplier's final packed load
Provide the number of cartons, pails or containers, external dimensions and gross weight. Identify upright loads, non-stackable containers and any loading assistance required. The courier should not have to decant ingredients or repackage them at collection.
State the product-specific transport instruction and distinguish chilled and frozen groups. Different ingredients on the same purchase order do not automatically share compatible conditions. Have the supplier prepare the shipment and authorise its release before the vehicle is dispatched for collection.
Keep product records associated with the shipment
The supplier's ingredient identity and batch information belong with the buyer's purchasing records. Use a transport reference that can be linked to those records, but do not treat the courier POD as a replacement for product documentation.
When the buyer needs additional transport reporting, disclose that requirement while obtaining the quote. The booking can then establish the service and records expected instead of relying on a last-minute request after delivery.
Plan changes before the collection date
An ingredient shortage may need an urgent regional movement. A predictable order pattern may fit recurring transportation. WTM confirms the appropriate service using the ready time, receiving deadline and load, rather than assuming every shipment has the same delivery commitment.
For repeat work, update changes in container count, temperature instructions or receiving access. The Customer Portal provides a place for quote decisions, payment and issued documents, while GPS tracking helps the booking customer follow the incoming consignment.
Manage the shipment through your Customer Portal
Request a new shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous shipments in your account.
