WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics arranges temperature-controlled transport of packed produce orders from Strathmore-area release points to Calgary buyers. The booking should begin when the supplier can release prepared goods, with product instructions and packaging already established. Describe the actual collection location and receiver rather than only the two community names.

Separate harvesting from courier readiness
A harvest or production date is not automatically the time a shipment will be ready. The supplier should provide a release time after the order is prepared and packed under its own process. WTM collects the consignment; it does not pick, grade or pack the produce at the field.
Give the carton or tote count, gross weight and outer measurements. For a collection beyond a town address, include the exact access location and the person meeting the driver. The quoted movement needs to reflect that actual origin.
Use product-specific transport instructions
Different produce items should not receive an assumed universal temperature setting. Ask the supplier to identify the conditions required for this order and any handling groups that need separate consideration. Disclose those requirements in the courier request.
Describe stacking restrictions and containers that require upright handling. A lightweight delicate order may need more protected space than a dense boxed shipment. State the finished transport footprint rather than estimating from the number of retail units.
Prepare a buyer-friendly Calgary handoff
Use the buyer's purchase-order reference, exact receiving address and named contact. When a distributor or kitchen requires an appointment, arrange it before confirming the transport. Receiving staff should know the supplier and quantity expected.
For several customer orders, separate the package groups and give a destination count for each. A vehicle collecting one supplier consignment is not automatically booked to sort and distribute individual products after arriving in Calgary.
Support a repeat supply connection
Share normal release days and packaging patterns for recurring work. Seasonal changes in availability or container count should be communicated before pickup, so the next shipment is not planned around an old description.
Use the WTM Customer Portal for the request and quote decision, and follow the transport with real-time GPS. Retain the POD with the supplier reference. It records the delivery handoff; the buyer's own acceptance of produce quality remains a separate process.
Make repeat refrigerated deliveries easier to manage
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Manage requests, quote approvals and online payments in the Customer Portal; follow active shipments with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history gives your next order a useful reference.
Prepaid account credit offers up to 25% off eligible services under a separate arrangement. These offers are not automatically combined.
