WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics provides refrigerated courier transport for packed dairy orders moving between Calgary suppliers, cafés and specialty retailers. From a replacement carton order to a planned wholesale delivery, the useful details are the product instructions, container count and receiving arrangement. Book the cold shipment as it is packed and ready to leave the supplier.

Describe which dairy products are travelling
Milk cartons, sealed yogurt cases and specialty cheese boxes are different packages. Identify the products and the handling instructions provided by the supplier. Give the actual packed weight and dimensions, particularly when liquid products make a small-looking order heavy.
Keep the transport request focused on finished packaged goods. Bulk collection, processing or repacking is a different task and should not be implied by a courier booking. The supplier should release the order in packaging suitable for the agreed journey.
Match deliveries to the café's receiving routine
Ask the customer when someone can accept the goods and move them to appropriate storage. The earliest possible arrival is not useful when the café is locked or the only staff member is dealing with a queue. Give dispatch a contact and a realistic receiving window.
For a wholesale route, separate each store's order physically and by reference. A total of twelve cases becomes a clear plan when the manifest identifies four for one store, five for another and three for the final stop.
Keep shipment records connected to the order
Use a supplier invoice or purchase-order reference that the receiver recognises. The courier's POD confirms the delivery handoff; it is not the supplier's full product traceability record. Keep your own product and batch information associated with the sales order.
When someone outside the supplier books the collection, send the supplier a release instruction. A driver arriving with only the buyer's business name may be unable to distinguish two similar orders awaiting pickup.
Plan restocking without assuming a fixed rate
For regular deliveries, provide WTM with the expected days, case counts and any occasional larger order. A recurring proposal can reflect that pattern. For an urgent top-up, explain the latest receiving time and request the appropriate same-day service.
WTM's 10% recurring-shipment offer and eligible prepaid-credit savings are separate account arrangements. The quote should identify the service and applicable offer, rather than using a general percentage to guess the cost of a dairy run.
Make repeat refrigerated deliveries easier to manage
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Manage requests, quote approvals and online payments in the Customer Portal; follow active shipments with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history gives your next order a useful reference.
Prepaid account credit offers up to 25% off eligible services under a separate arrangement. These offers are not automatically combined.
