WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery

WTM Logistics provides refrigerated delivery for prepared, packed meal orders in Calgary. Whether a meal-prep business supplies one workplace or several collection points, the delivery plan should connect the kitchen's release time with a receiver who is ready to accept the food. This is transport for your prepared orders, not an on-demand cooking service.

Build the route after the orders are final

Finalise names, addresses and the number of packages per destination before arranging the movement. A weekly order list can change when a customer pauses a subscription or switches a collection location. Make those changes in the shipment brief rather than relying on a note inside one meal bag.

For a workplace delivery, identify whether the order goes to reception, a designated fridge area or a named coordinator. A tower address without a suite or receiving contact leaves the most important part of the final handoff unresolved.

Describe the complete packed load

Count outer cartons or totes as well as the individual meals they contain. Give the dimensions of the transport packaging and identify containers that must stay upright. The courier quote concerns the space and handling of the packed order, not simply the number of menu portions sold.

Meals that require refrigeration should be released under your product handling instructions. State the transport temperature and arrange suitable storage at the receiving end. WTM does not prepare, cool or repack meals as part of an ordinary courier movement.

Choose the right delivery model

One large corporate order can be a single refrigerated delivery. A weekly consumer programme may involve several stops with individual recipients. A collection-point model may use fewer handoffs but requires someone to accept and manage the combined order. Tell dispatch which model you are operating.

For multiple addresses, agree the service and recipient-contact procedure before promising a delivery window to your customers. Same-day local service is available for suitable bookings; it should be built around completed orders and a confirmed route.

Give customers a clear handoff expectation

Explain who receives the order and what happens when that person is unavailable. Do not treat a temperature-sensitive parcel as an unrestricted doorstep drop. Record agreed alternate contacts in the request so a problem can be resolved without conflicting instructions.

After the run, match the POD to your customer order reference. Keeping transport records alongside your own sales records makes it easier to answer which consignment was delivered without confusing the shipment with the meal-production record.

Make repeat refrigerated deliveries easier to manage

WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Manage requests, quote approvals and online payments in the Customer Portal; follow active shipments with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history gives your next order a useful reference.

Prepaid account credit offers up to 25% off eligible services under a separate arrangement. These offers are not automatically combined.
