To follow a WTM delivery, sign in to the Customer Portal, open your shipment and review its progress and available GPS location. The shipment record helps you understand the latest reported movement and then access the delivery confirmation once the handoff is complete.

Sign in to the WTM Customer Portal. New customers can request an invitation at admin@wtmlogistics.com.

Find the correct shipment first

Open Track shipment/history and select the delivery you need to follow. Match the destination and shipment reference, especially when you have several orders moving to the same customer.

The shipment record is the starting point. A quote request is not yet a moving vehicle, and a previous delivery to the same address is not the current order. Check the shipment details before passing an update to your receiving team.

Read the progress alongside the map

Milestones explain where the shipment is in its delivery process. GPS location provides another useful part of that picture when location visibility is active for your shipment.

For the final delivery leg, customer location visibility becomes available after the confirmed On the way stage. That view relates to your delivery leg, rather than exposing unrelated customers’ movements or an unrestricted view of the fleet.

Use the displayed timestamp to understand when the location was reported. A last known position is not automatically the vehicle’s position at the moment you look at the screen. The timestamp lets you interpret the update correctly instead of turning an older point into an exact arrival promise.

Coordinate the receiver without guessing an arrival minute

A practical update might be: “The shipment is on its final delivery leg; please keep the receiving contact available.” For an appointment-sensitive delivery, use the agreed booking window and contact dispatch when you need clarification.

A map is valuable visibility, but distance alone does not establish an arrival time. Avoid giving your customer a precise ETA unless WTM has confirmed it for that delivery.

Keep the shipment reference ready when calling 587-316-2639. It helps dispatch identify the exact movement rather than searching only by the sender’s company name.

Use proof of delivery to confirm the handoff

After completion, open the shipment’s available POD. This records the delivery event; it serves a different purpose from watching progress while the goods are travelling.

For document retrieval, use our BOL, POD and invoice guide. For an older delivery, the shipment-history guide explains the record-finding task without confusing it with active tracking.

Why can I see progress but no live location yet?

Check the shipment’s stage. Location visibility for the final customer leg starts after the confirmed On the way stage; a request or earlier milestone does not mean that final-leg tracking is active.

What should I do when the timestamp looks old?

Read it as the last reported position and ask dispatch for an update when timing matters. Do not assume uninterrupted GPS reporting or diagnose a delay from the map alone.

Follow your next delivery from the WTM Customer Portal—and keep its completion record in the same place.
