WTM Logistics can collect an authorised supplier order and deliver it directly to your customer, without routing it through your office first. This suits resellers, service businesses and distributors whose goods are ready at a supplier while the person who needs them is somewhere else.

You keep control of the customer order. WTM handles the agreed transportation between the release point and the receiver.

Request a supplier-to-customer courier quote with the two addresses, the released order reference and your customer’s deadline.

Separate the sale from the physical journey

Consider an illustrative order for replacement fittings. Your business sells the goods, a supplier holds the prepared cartons, and your customer needs them at a workshop. Moving the cartons through your office creates an extra handling step without necessarily adding value.

Direct collection works when the supplier agrees to release the correct order to your courier. Confirm the purchase or release reference, piece count, readiness and collection contact. WTM collects the prepared shipment; the supplier remains responsible for picking the ordered goods.

Decide what paperwork travels with the goods

Check whether the customer should receive a packing slip, installation documents or another document already prepared by your business or supplier. Tell the supplier what belongs with the shipment before pickup.

Do not rely on the driver to remove prices, rewrite paperwork or interpret which commercial documents are confidential. Agree the document arrangement between buyer and supplier, then provide the courier with a clear release instruction.

Prepare the customer for a direct handoff

Tell your customer who is delivering, what they should expect and where to receive it. A trade order might be going to a service entrance rather than a front reception desk. A site delivery may need the supervisor’s number and a specific entrance.

Give WTM the receiving window and any signature requirement when requesting the quote. For time-critical work, distinguish the time the customer starts the job from the time the package must be in their hands.

Manage the shipment without being at either address

Use the WTM Customer Portal to request the movement, review and approve the quote, and pay online. Real-time GPS tracking lets you follow the delivery while staying at your own workplace.

Afterwards, access the available POD and invoice alongside the shipment history. The delivery record supports your customer communication without requiring your office to become an intermediate warehouse.

For more general collections, see our supplier-pickup guide. This direct-to-customer arrangement adds a separate end receiver and the associated release instructions.

Can my business arrange and pay for the courier?

Yes. Identify your business as the booking customer while providing the supplier and end receiver as the actual collection and delivery contacts.

Can the same arrangement be used regularly?

Yes. Discuss recurring supplier-to-customer deliveries with WTM. The 10% recurring-shipment offer can support an ongoing arrangement, with each order’s destinations and receiving details kept clear.

Keep the sale moving without handling the carton twice. Book your direct supplier collection or call 587-316-2639.
