WTM Logistics can arrange courier delivery for prepared subscription boxes going to customers within its service coverage. A recurring shipment plan should follow the actual box-ready dates and current customer addresses, not merely the date your store charges a subscription payment.

WTM provides transportation and shipment records. Your business remains responsible for subscription billing, product selection and customer account changes.

Request a subscription-box courier quote with your collection location, expected box count and delivery area.

Set a packing deadline before the collection day

Work backwards from when the customers need their boxes. Allow time to assemble, check, seal and label the orders before WTM arrives.

Separate the subscription billing date from the dispatch-ready date. A paid renewal may still need address verification, stock preparation or a customer-requested pause in your own order process.

For an illustrative monthly box programme, choose when the current customer list is finalised and when packing is complete. Those decisions give the courier collection a reliable starting point.

Confirm this cycle’s addresses and quantities

Use the latest order list, not last month’s labels. Identify cancellations, changed destinations and customers receiving more than one box before submitting shipment details.

Label each package for its receiver. Where an order contains multiple cartons, make that relationship clear in the package identification and your dispatch list.

Our batch-pickup guide explains the handover preparation for several ready customer orders.

Describe the box contents and handling

Provide the packed dimensions, weight and product description. Tell WTM when boxes contain temperature-sensitive or other special items so the transport arrangement can be assessed appropriately.

A dry stationery box and chilled food subscription are different delivery requirements. Do not place both under one undefined “subscription parcel” service description.

Make the recurring arrangement commercially useful

WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Share the actual cadence and destinations so the proposed schedule reflects your business rather than assuming every subscriber receives a box on the same route.

Use the WTM Customer Portal to manage shipment requests, quote approval and payment. Follow shipment progress and retain PODs and invoices with your delivery records. A funded credit account provides a separate offer of up to 25% off eligible services.

Does the portal automatically charge my subscribers?

No. Your store or subscription system handles customer billing. The WTM portal manages the courier relationship and its shipment records.

Can the box count change each month?

Provide the current count, packed sizes and destinations with the new request. Update the agreed arrangement rather than assuming an old volume estimate covers every cycle.

Build the delivery into the subscription experience. Call 587-316-2639 to plan your WTM courier collections.
