WTM Logistics can collect prepared loaned tools after a project and return them to their owner, workshop or equipment store. The return works best when the project team has checked the kit, packed it and agreed who can release it before the courier is booked.

This is equipment recovery after use—not moving a tool directly between two active crews. Our job-site tool transfer guide addresses that separate task.

Request a loan-tool return quote with the project collection point and return destination.

Reconcile the kit before packing

Compare the equipment with the original loan list. Identify cases, chargers, leads, attachments and other accessories that need to return with the main tool.

Record missing or damaged items through your own project process before the kit leaves. Do not ask the courier to decide whether an incomplete return settles the loan or whether a damaged item is acceptable to the owner.

Label packages with the loan or asset reference so the receiving stores team knows what it is checking back in.

Confirm who still has site access

Near the end of a project, the person who originally borrowed the tool may no longer be at the site. Name the contact who can physically release the packed kit and give a usable collection window.

Provide access instructions and an agreed meeting point. A project completion date does not mean the tools are already gathered, packaged or available at the gate.

For an illustrative demobilisation, several crews may have used one equipment kit. Complete that collection inside the project first, then give WTM one accurate consignment to transport.

Prepare the load and receiving arrangement

Use appropriate cases and secure the contents for transport. Describe batteries, fuel or other special contents before booking, along with the packed weights and dimensions.

At the return destination, provide the stores or owner contact and receiving hours. Large units or several heavy cases may need 5-ton service rather than an ordinary parcel vehicle.

Keep delivery proof beside the loan record

Through the WTM Customer Portal, request the movement, approve the quote and manage payment. Follow progress and retrieve the POD and invoice after the owner or stores team receives the shipment.

The owner should separately inspect and close the equipment loan in its own records. Courier delivery confirms the handoff, not the condition or completeness of every item inside a case.

Can WTM collect from several finished projects?

Provide each location, releasing contact and prepared package count. WTM can quote a suitable collection arrangement with the stops clearly identified.

Can regular recovery runs qualify for a recurring arrangement?

Share the expected pattern and discuss WTM’s 10% recurring-shipment offer.

Bring the kit back without another crew trip. Call 587-316-2639 to arrange loaned-tool collection.
