Identify who holds the product and who can authorise its collection. A purchaser in Calgary may arrange transportation while a supplier in Lloydminster prepares the load. Both parties should agree the product identity, quantity and packed units before dispatch.

Confirm that the consignment is ready under its required storage conditions. The vehicle collection should fit that preparation; it is not a substitute for the supplier’s cooling, freezing, quality release or packaging process.

Give the Calgary receiver a usable handoff

A buyer’s office may not have the storage or intake facilities needed for a cold shipment. Use the approved receiving address and identify the person responsible for accepting it. If an appointment or goods door is required, include that instruction before the quote is accepted.

A visible refrigeration unit or GPS position should not be described as the full product-temperature record. WTM can establish the requested transport service and records with you before collection, while the shipper retains its product documentation.

Price the journey you are actually booking

A southbound refrigerated hotshot is not automatically included in an earlier delivery to Lloydminster. It needs suitable equipment at the origin and a confirmed receiving arrangement. Quote any extra collection or onward Calgary stop separately.
