A Lethbridge to Crowsnest Pass courier can collect prepared business orders and deliver them to the correct community and receiver. WTM Logistics helps suppliers and buyers move cartons, documents and suitable small packages without asking someone from the receiving business to make the collection trip.

The key is to identify the destination more precisely than “the Pass.” A shop in Blairmore, a workshop in Coleman and a customer in Bellevue are separate delivery instructions.

Assign each package to its intended stop

Create an order list before requesting the collection. Match each carton to the receiver’s name, street address and contact number. When several businesses buy from the same supplier, keep the orders separated and label the pieces within each order—for example, one of two and two of two.

Do not use a supplier’s combined invoice as the only delivery instruction. It might show several orders without telling the driver which pieces belong at which entrance. A short stop-by-stop summary is more useful than a long email containing several unrelated order confirmations.

Arrange supplier release before the vehicle arrives

Ask the Lethbridge counter or warehouse to confirm that the orders are paid for or otherwise authorised for release. Provide its collection reference and the person who can resolve a missing carton. A shipment request should describe goods already being prepared for transport, not ask the driver to select substitutions from a shelf.

When one item is back-ordered, decide whether the available items should travel now. Record the partial release so the receiving business does not interpret the smaller delivery as a missing package in transit.

Choose individual deliveries or a planned round

One order to one receiver can be quoted as a single courier movement. Several stops should be requested as a planned multi-stop courier job. The stop sequence and receiving windows form part of that arrangement; adding an extra address after dispatch can change the job.

A critical part with a tighter deadline belongs in its own urgent request. WTM’s hotshot option is the starting point when that order needs dedicated transport rather than the regular parcel arrangement.

Help the receiving team identify the delivery

Give WTM the department or staff member expecting the order. If the customer trades under a different name from the account that purchased it, include both names. Use GPS tracking to coordinate receiving, then match the POD to the individual shipment record.

For illustration, an electrical supplier could prepare two cartons for a Blairmore contractor and a separate tool case for a Coleman workshop. Separate references allow the buyer to confirm each handoff instead of relying on one general “delivered” message.

Does every order have to go to one address?

No. Request a multi-stop courier arrangement and provide the full list before booking. Individual stops need their own package allocation and receiver details.

Can the courier collect an order from a supplier counter?

Yes. Confirm release authorisation, ready time, packed dimensions and the counter location before collection.

Book the Lethbridge collection with each Crowsnest Pass delivery clearly identified.

A clearer handoff for your operations team

Use the WTM Customer Portal to request collection and review the proposed service before approving the quote. Pay online, follow the shipment with real-time GPS, and find the available BOL, POD and invoice with the shipment record instead of searching through separate email conversations.

Regular shippers can discuss 10% off recurring shipments. Funded credit accounts separately offer up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is shown with your account arrangement and quote; the discounts are not combined.
