WTM’s Lethbridge to Cranbrook hotshot service provides dedicated transport for time-sensitive packages, parts and suitable small freight. When the order cannot wait for the planned courier arrangement, request direct movement from the releasing location to the receiver who needs it.
Cranbrook-to-Lethbridge hotshot requests can be arranged too. Dispatch starts immediately after confirmation; the pickup time depends on the origin, readiness and vehicle assigned to the job.
Tell WTM the actual deadline and what the prepared load contains. A small component stopping an installation can be more urgent than several routine pallets. The label “hotshot” should communicate the need for direct transport, not imply that the shipment must fill a particular size of truck.
Give the packed dimensions, weights and piece count. Include a photo when it helps explain the load, while keeping the written measurements clear enough to select suitable equipment.
Identify the exact collection address, contact and order reference. Ask the supplier to confirm the goods are complete, packed and authorised to leave. A quotation based on immediate collection becomes a different operational task if the order is still being assembled.
Keep the customer who can approve changes reachable. If the supplier releases a different package count or identifies a missing part, WTM needs a clear decision instead of competing instructions from several staff members.
The receiving person, entrance and unloading arrangement are part of the hotshot plan. A dedicated vehicle can travel directly, but it cannot complete a handoff through a locked gate or supply unloading equipment that was never requested.
For an urgent pallet, describe dock or tailgate requirements in the quote. For a parcel, identify the workshop, counter or authorised reception point that will accept it. The receiving team should know the order is coming.
Real-time GPS tracking through WTM helps the booking contact coordinate the receiver. After delivery, the POD provides a record to match with the purchase or work-order reference. Installation, testing and restarting equipment remain the customer’s tasks after receiving the goods.
For illustration, a Lethbridge supplier may release one crated replacement assembly to a Cranbrook workshop. The direct transport request should connect that release with a staffed receiving bay and a confirmed handling plan—not simply say “urgent machinery.”
Yes. Urgency can justify a dedicated movement even when the shipment is small. WTM selects equipment around the actual load and required service.
No. Immediate dispatch after confirmation and the actual collection time are different milestones. The pickup plan reflects the assigned vehicle and origin.
Send WTM the ready time, load details and deadline for your Lethbridge–Cranbrook hotshot.
Start your new shipment request in the WTM Customer Portal, review and approve the quote, and make your payment online. Real-time GPS tracking helps you follow the movement; available proof of delivery, invoices and shipment history keep the records together afterwards.
For repeat business, ask about the 10% recurring-shipment offer or the separate funded-credit arrangement with up to 25% off eligible services. WTM confirms which arrangement applies to your quote.
