WTM Logistics · Courier · Northbound
Lethbridge online sellers can use WTM to send packed customer orders to Calgary addresses. This suits merchants arranging a specific regional delivery rather than sending an employee north with the goods. Confirm the accepted courier service before promising the customer an arrival date at checkout or by email.

Turn the sales order into a transport request
The information useful to a web store is not always sufficient for a courier. Add the final package count, packed dimensions, gross weight, pickup contact and ready time. Validate the customer’s unit number and the address at which they expect the goods.
If the buyer changes the destination after paying, confirm the new delivery details before booking. A billing address is not a substitute for a shipping address, and a shop’s checkout setting does not automatically notify WTM of a new order.
Keep order identity with the parcel
Use the order reference on the label and packing slip. Where one order occupies several cartons, number the packages so the receiver can count them. Keep pricing or confidential paperwork inside the packaging when it need not be visible at the handoff.
A handmade-goods seller, for illustration, might ship two differently sized boxes for one customer. Both need to appear on the courier request even if the online sale displays only a single order line. The transport plan follows the packed goods, not the number of checkout transactions.
Decide how the Calgary customer will receive
An apartment, staffed office and retail storefront have different access arrangements. Ask whether the buyer can accept personally or has authorised another receiver. Disclose stairs or inside-placement requests when they affect the job; do not build extra handling into a generic parcel quote by assumption.
For multiple Calgary customers, provide the full stop list and package allocation. A multi-drop run is different from one delivery to a single buyer and must be quoted that way. The WTM Customer Portal supports the booking workflow without requiring a custom store integration for each request.
Make post-delivery questions easier to resolve
Tell the buyer the agreed delivery expectation and retain the transport reference. Use the available POD when confirming the handoff. Refunds, exchanges and the condition or suitability of the sold product remain matters for the seller and customer.
An authorised customer return requires a new collection request with packaging and access details. It is not automatically created when a customer clicks a return button in the merchant’s own system.
