WTM Logistics · Courier · Southbound

WTM can arrange Calgary to Lethbridge courier delivery for packed student belongings, supplies and campus-bound parcels. A family, student or business can book the movement with the recipient’s correct address and receiving instructions. The service transports the package; it does not assume that every residence desk accepts deliveries on a student’s behalf.

Ask the recipient how deliveries are accepted

Before booking, establish whether the parcel belongs at a private address, residence receiving point, campus mailroom or departmental office. Obtain the building, unit or department and a phone number for the intended recipient.

A public campus address may be too broad for a direct delivery. A residence could also require the recipient to collect from a central point. Use the institution’s current instructions supplied by the recipient rather than treating a building name as permission to leave goods at any entrance.

Pack personal goods as transport-ready parcels

Use sound boxes with secured closures and protect fragile contents. Write the recipient’s name and shipment reference on each piece. Give WTM the packed sizes and weights, including larger cases, rather than describing the consignment only as student stuff.

Disclose any batteries, liquids or other items with special handling requirements. This article concerns parcels and manageable boxed belongings, not an unquoted household move. Furniture, numerous large boxes or heavy equipment may need a different vehicle or service.

Choose timing that works for the person receiving

Arrange a window when the authorised receiver or designated receiving desk is available. A student in class cannot necessarily answer a driver’s call. A department may receive deliveries at different times from its public office hours.

For example, a family sending a forgotten study kit could nominate the student for an evening handoff only if that timing is included in the accepted booking. Another parcel might go to a workplace reception with permission. The practical arrangement comes first; the carrier then quotes the corresponding service.

Keep the delivery separate from institutional claims

WTM is an independent transportation provider. A courier booking does not create an affiliation with a university, college or residence operator. Nor does a delivery record mean that a department has checked the contents against an assignment or equipment list.

After the agreed handoff, the booking customer can access the available POD. For another package returning to Calgary, create a new request with the Lethbridge collection point and current recipient details.

Student parcel questions

Can a parent arrange the booking?

Yes. Identify the person paying and arranging transport separately from the sender and receiver.

Can WTM deliver a larger boxed item?

Provide its dimensions, weight and access details. WTM can assess courier, 5-ton or freight service for the actual load.

Keep the next delivery simple

Request the shipment, review and approve your quote, pay online and follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking in the WTM Customer Portal. Find your available delivery records, invoices and previous shipments without rebuilding the booking through separate email threads.

Save 10% on recurring shipments. A funded credit account separately offers up to 25% off eligible services. Ask WTM which arrangement applies to your quote; the two offers are not combined.

Open the WTM Customer Portal. New customers can request an invitation at admin@wtmlogistics.com.

Book the shipment your business needs moved. Send WTM the route, packed load and required timing for a service-specific quote.
