Fernie hotshot service can move approved commercial-kitchen replacement parts and suitable boxed equipment to the technician who needs them. WTM Logistics provides the direct transport, helping a restaurant, hotel or service company avoid taking its repair staff away from the job to collect supplies.
Book the prepared equipment and replacement parts described in your request. Food and temperature-controlled product shipments need their own service arrangement.
A control component may travel in one small box. A complete replacement appliance or assembly may require a pallet, an enclosed truck and mechanical unloading. Describe the actual prepared item rather than quoting both as “kitchen equipment.”
Have the service technician approve the model and required accessories before release. The supplier’s label and the repair reference should make it clear which order the driver collects.
A busy guest or customer entrance may not be suitable for receiving a repair component. Identify the loading area, staff entrance or maintenance contact responsible for the handoff. Include any receiving window the business needs to protect its operation.
When equipment is palletised, state the available unloading method. A kitchen with staff on site does not necessarily have a loading dock or forklift. Tailgate and inside-delivery requirements should be discussed before the vehicle is assigned.
Tell WTM when the goods are packed and ready and when the technician needs them. A quoted arrival should support the receiving arrangement, while installation and testing remain with the service company.
For illustration, a restaurant might arrange direct transport of a replacement fan assembly to a technician working on site. The booking identifies the approved assembly, its packaging and the rear receiving entrance. It does not promise that transport alone will restore the equipment to service.
If an old component needs to go back to a supplier, obtain the return authorisation and preparation instructions. The removed part may have a different weight, packaging or contents from the new one. A return is a separate movement that should be ready and agreed before collection.
Do not assume the arriving driver can wait while the repair is carried out or remove disconnected equipment without a specific agreement. Include known waiting and handling needs when requesting the quote.
Yes. Provide the supplier’s actual address, release contact, package information and the Fernie handoff details.
A tailgate supports the agreed vehicle-to-ground transfer. Movement through doors, corridors or stairs is a separate handling requirement that must be specified.
Request the Fernie kitchen-equipment hotshot with the approved load and service entrance clearly described.
Start your new shipment request in the WTM Customer Portal, review and approve the quote, and make your payment online. Real-time GPS tracking helps you follow the movement; available proof of delivery, invoices and shipment history keep the records together afterwards.
For repeat business, ask about the 10% recurring-shipment offer or the separate funded-credit arrangement with up to 25% off eligible services. WTM confirms which arrangement applies to your quote.
