WTM Logistics · Highway 3 connections
WTM’s Crowsnest Pass courier service helps businesses and individuals arrange parcel collections and deliveries across the Pass and its regional connections. The booking should identify the actual community and street address, so the driver and receiver are working from the same delivery instruction.
The municipality identifies Bellevue, Hillcrest, Frank, Blairmore and Coleman as the five Crowsnest Pass communities. That local detail matters when “Crowsnest Pass” is used as a broad address description.
Include the full civic address, unit or business entrance, postal code and receiving contact. Where an account or invoice uses a general municipality name, add the local community to the delivery instructions. This helps distinguish similarly described businesses, properties and meeting points.
Do not replace the address with a landmark alone. A landmark can help explain access, but the booked handoff should still identify the premises or agreed meeting location.
Parcels might be waiting at a shop counter, a workshop or a residence. Give WTM the name of the person authorised to release the package. Confirm that it is packed, labelled and ready before requesting the pickup window.
For a business with staff in different locations, make clear which location has the goods today. An old customer record can be accurate for invoicing while being wrong for the current collection.
A local parcel movement and a supplier order coming from Lethbridge are not the same transport task. Provide both endpoints rather than assuming a courier visiting one community is automatically making every nearby stop.
Several planned handoffs can be quoted as a multi-stop courier arrangement. A single order that needs direct urgent transport can be quoted as hotshot. The list of stops and the required timing should be clear before either service is confirmed.
For retail and office delivery, identify the authorised counter or reception point. For a residence, agree how the package will be accepted. When a business closes at lunch or staff are out at a job site, tell WTM rather than leaving the delivery team to discover that at arrival.
For illustration, a sender might book a tool case to a Coleman workshop and a separate envelope to a Blairmore office. Each item needs its own receiver and reference even when one account pays for both.
Yes. Submit the two addresses, package details and timing for a local courier quote.
Yes. Request the complete regional movement. The service and arrival commitment should be agreed for that route rather than inferred from a local booking.
Book your Crowsnest Pass parcel with the community, package and receiver clearly identified.
Use the WTM Customer Portal to request collection and review the proposed service before approving the quote. Pay online, follow the shipment with real-time GPS, and find the available BOL, POD and invoice with the shipment record instead of searching through separate email conversations.
Regular shippers can discuss 10% off recurring shipments. Funded credit accounts separately offer up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is shown with your account arrangement and quote; the discounts are not combined.
