WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics arranges refrigerated transportation for packed chilled staff-meal orders from Calgary to Fort McMurray receivers. The order might serve a workplace kitchen, a business coordinator or another agreed receiving point. Define the delivery as a prepared food shipment with a named receiver, not a general request to feed a workforce.

Distinguish transportation from catering service
The producer prepares, packs and releases the meals under its product instructions. WTM transports the agreed consignment. Serving, reheating, onsite distribution and menu planning are separate responsibilities and are not implied by the courier quote.
Give dispatch the outer carton or tote count, dimensions and gross weight. A total number of meals does not describe the vehicle space or the loading work. Identify containers that must stay upright and any difference between chilled and frozen product groups.
Use the real receiving address
A shipment described as going to Fort McMurray may be intended for a business within the city or a site elsewhere in the surrounding area. Provide the exact destination, access information and the contact who can accept it. Additional site access or travel beyond the quoted address must be included in the request.
The receiver needs the intended storage and a staffed handoff. A person ordering centrally should confirm that the destination team is expecting the quantity and delivery window before the consignment leaves Calgary.
Plan the regional commitment around the completed order
WTM's existing refrigerated Calgary-to-Fort-McMurray service provides the route context. This consignment still requires an agreed ready time, temperature requirement and delivery service. Do not apply a same-day Calgary-local promise to the full regional journey.
For an applicable accepted next-day service, plan the release around WTM's 11 a.m. cutoff and have dispatch confirm the consignment. For another deadline, request a service assessment rather than assuming every available movement has the same timing.
Organise repeat deliveries without losing order identity
A meal supplier with repeat workplace orders can give WTM the normal release days and load pattern. Use a distinct order reference for each shipment, even when the customer and destination remain the same. Changes in quantity or site access should be updated before collection.
GPS tracking helps the booking customer follow the journey. The POD confirms the transport handoff, while the producer and receiver retain their own food-handling records. The portal keeps available shipment documents and invoices together for subsequent reference.
Make repeat refrigerated deliveries easier to manage
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Manage requests, quote approvals and online payments in the Customer Portal; follow active shipments with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history gives your next order a useful reference.
Prepaid account credit offers up to 25% off eligible services under a separate arrangement. These offers are not automatically combined.
Frequently asked questions
Does WTM distribute individual meals to staff onsite?
This booking covers agreed transportation and handoff. Individual meal service or onsite distribution is not automatically included.
Can a site outside Fort McMurray be the receiver?
Provide the exact location and access requirements for confirmation. It should not be treated as an unspecified extension of a city delivery.
